It will be possible some kind of pools or groups for this coin?
Difficulty is controlled by target time. Currently it is 60 seconds but will be changed after 1008 block. In Bitcoin pools just set target for miners to higher values than required by network but I don't think the same trick will work for Motocoin. Say if network target time is 40 seconds but pool says that you need to complete level in 50 seconds to get part of reward, in this case no one in pool has any reason to complete level in less than 40 seconds and pool won't mine anything. It is also not clear how pool can split reward between miners. |

Is it not possible to have a simple web access type thing to the game, so in essence you have people playing the game on that one website, like pools there are multiple websites each one mining in a group, each person is payed a proportional amount for how far towards the end they were , finder getting highest share. so you have 20 or so people playing the game, if either one of them wins they all win something. they would be playing against other website/pools against who will be first to complete it |

Don't be silly, why would the developer release the source code so you can see how insecure the coin is and how he is instamining it! (I'll assume the developer isn't malicious and hasn't embedded a bitcoin wallet stealer into the application) |

Dev please answer about source code.I would understand that you don't want release the source code the first day, this is really innovative and you don't want to have 10 copy-paste coin the next week. But I would like to know also your official announcement. |

About source code. A lot of effort was put in this coin. I just need a few days to see if everything works correctly (it should, it was tested before release but not on this scale) and if something goes wrong (well, it shouldn't) I want to fix it by myself, I don't want to see someone creating a fork. there is no response when I click play to mine.. why?
Probably it is some problem with your GPU driver, maybe it doesn't support OpenGL 3. Updating GPU driver may help. Does motogame.exe works if you run it directly, not from motocoin-qt? Game outputs some debug info. To collect it create bat file in motocoin directory with content and run it. Then just copy content of out.txt here, this may help me to understand what the problem is. |
