I am definitely on board to revive AC. AC2 will be a obvious enough symbol to show that this is a 2nd generation of AsiaCoin. I do agree that we need a new coin image. Too much bad reputation associated with AsiaCoin. I don't think we should go for a full rename though. The continuity has to be there so people knows that this is the continuation and yet a fresh start. If any volunteer is required, feel free to PM me. I am not a programmer though.

I have an idea for a new name. Something simple. Something that cannot be lumped into the endless group of altcoin names. A name that is unique yet simple and all encompassing.
I don't comment much on these threads as I'm not able to help with much. I mostly read to learn from all that know. What I've noticed is the asiacoin community is full of good people. Very different from most other altcoin communities. This gives me a lot of hope for this community. It's very strong and grown up. Because of that I think the new name should be bold, as unique as this community and also as simple as the truth this community spreads.
I think the new coin's logo should be a pic of the entire globe. Not just Asia.
And the name should be, simply, "COIN"

So I suggest,
during the period you guys hard working, create the multipool first.
All the mined BTC will be donated to the foundation (need make one),
some may pay to the team for their afford,
some may use to promote the coin in the future,
some may use to stable the price when it relaunch, etc.

Roflmao, nice try guys. Just anotehr scam after another scam. Rly, everything with the "Asia" in the name, or every new coin created "specially" for asia is a crap i think.

Proof me i am wrong, but sending you a wallet.dat isnt a good way, also this would take weeks for getting settled.




So again, the ppl who would get their new asian coin first are the winner, and the last ppl are the loser. Like a snowball system, but a real one in that case.



The only option i see is the following: You collect all the wallet adresses from here in this thread. You enter them into excel or whatever with Asia amount.

After that, you create many new wallet adresses on the Asiancoin2 or whatever its going to be called with the same number of beginning Adresses you go send. You auto send the amount of "Piets" wallet to his new Asiancoin2 adress, ang give him the private key.


It can't be the other way.
