Dash coins are still pending conversion 2 days later.  Can one of the operators look into it?
6 days now.  Back to no communications again?

I am looking in to this now, please provide me with a transaction ID if you can.

you really need help with all this mate ...

anyway i can help? ...

or have you got this on the list? ...

#crysx

Still a problem...both the communication and the transactions stuck on pending.

Sorry about the delay. One of the exchanges that we use for conversion decided to limit our withdrawals until we can provide additional verification. I am working to resolve this today.

hi lolwut ...

ive just copy and pasted the support ticket i send a few moments ago - but also thought i would post here to make sure ...

the copy is below ...

-------

hi ...

we have changed a few things for granite - and as far as we can see - the logo and name is the only thing that seems to be the changes that will be required for coinking to undertake ...

the latest daemon is on git also - and the changes have been subtle with background changes - but i ask that when you have time to change to the new code for the daemon in git - https://github.com/chrysophylax69/granitecoin/ - please do so ...

shortly - git will also reflect the name change to just 'granite' from 'granitecoin' and a major rebase will be occurring within the next couple of months ... ill let you know when that happens ...

but for now - please replace the name to 'granite' and replace the logo with the new one here ( original svg - you will need to convert to a jpg with transparent background ) - https://www.dropbox.com/s/t035xvanfqoaecj/Granite%203%20FINAL-logo-only.svg?dl=0 ...

all else will remain the same for time being ( including the current GraniteCoin.conf ) as we are working towards the naming convention change in a gradual manner ...

the current changes are here in the thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=718939.msg13163205#msg13163205 ...

your cooperation with this transition - and your patience with this transitional period - will be greatly appreciated ...

tanx ...

I feel a little grimy posting this here, but can anyone suggest some other reputable scrypt switchpools? I don't have much hash, but I would like to make the most of what I have. Thanks.

guys - im looking for a dev that can help with ( if not do ) the setup of a multicoin pool under the granite umbrella ...

ive been looking at the yaamp code ( and subsequently - the yiimp fork ) - and have also had a couple of devs 'have a go' but drop the project due to personal interests ... which is fine ...

but the project is open for discussion as the multipool will consist of coins that we have been mining for quite some time - and i am personally looking for a more solid and reliable system to be able to mine on ...

so if anyone one knows a reliable developer that wants some work to set up a multicoin pool for us ( i actually need two pools ) - then could you get them to pm me directly please ...

there are very specific requirements that i need for the pools - so they need to be discussed first if you know anyone ...

apart from that - i certainly hope lolwut gets this together - because this is a master pool that is falling over due to lack of involvement ...

seriously lolwut - you had the BEST pool that existed a while back mate ... what on earth happened to allow it to fall over so badly? ...

if lolwut ( bruce - i think ) is not communicating here - and is not available - the changes of you getting anything done is basically zero ...

there are probably hundreds of support tickets that he would need to go through if he comes back ...

which i hope he does - and STAYS back ... i miss mining on this pool ...

a week or so late - but posted here nonetheless ...

i hope you all dont mind ...

-------

hi all ...

chrysophylax here ...

im messaging from this 'newbie' account 'crysx' because i have tried to log in to bct from the new premises - and failed miserably ...

due to my computer being a linux machine AND being fully encrypted AND having a password wallet that is fully encrypted - i only ever really need to know a few passwrds ( 16 in all ) ... one of the passwords ( and details as i later found out - due to the questions that bct ask for verification ) i did not alott to memory were those conatined in the personal encrypted wallet ... one of those was bitcointalk password and details ...

yesterday - i tried to log in unsucessfully with the wrong password ... the password is 3 years old - which as long as ive had the chrysophylax profile ... it also has made more than 3000posts and is a hero member - about to go to legendary in the coming weeks / months ... now before any of you carryo on about changing passwords regularly and all that - i agree and am totally devoted to changing 'simplistic' passwords ... not ones that require brute force with decryption algorithms and a farm of hash to crack the passwords ... so to move on with the story ...

more than all that - the chrysophylax profile is also is the authority profile for the granite thread AND the dbm thread ( the two projects i currenty have ) and was about to take control of the other coin we have just adopted - ozziecoin ...

when the unsuccessful attempt to log in was tried three times - i attempted to change passwords via email ...

the email was sent from bct to my email address - and i followed the instructions to the 'change password' link - only to have them as a private question - which i have forgotten the answer to also ...

i didnt think that was much of an issue - except that as soon as the submit button was clicked - i receieved the following message ...

Code:
An Error Has Occurred!

Sorry chrysophylax, you are banned from using this forum!
For security, your account has been locked. Email acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com

now this shows three things ...

1 - the security measures that bct have in place are brief and not very descriptive ...
2 - the security measures that bct have in place are active ...
3 - the security measures that bct have in place work ...

now i proceeded to send an email to the above email address to theymos - and will see what happens in the following couple of days ... being an easter weekend - i would assume this may take a little more time so ill leave it till mid to end of next week ...

if i havent received a response by then - ill message mprep and see what suggestion he / she will advise of what can be done ...

a three year hero profile like mine should NEVER be allowed to go to waste ( as i know many of you have had profiles lost that are much older than that again ) - and there should be various countermeasures to allow the official owner of the account to prove themselves ( like knowing or remebering the last private messages before the lockout - which in my case was the 23rd march 2016 ) ...

but again - we will see what happens with the responses i get ...

i will keep you all informed of what happnes with this through this profile ive now started ( which is the short version of my name anyway ) ...

as for the update so far ...

the move is being finalized on the 28th march 2016 ( a couple of days away ) which means i will be on and offline here for the next few days - only to be completely offline for a few days while i set up house in the new premises ... this means that i will be only messaging when necessary - and any of those of you that needed my attention before this happened via pm ( there were about 7 pms in all - i only got to answer one ) will need to send a pm to this current profile - until i can resolve this issue with theymos ( and mprep if possible ) - to get back into my official profile ...

thefarm will be down and will not be back in to production until another residence for it can be found - and am currently in the process of looking for a small warehouse for its growth and redesign and development ... that will happen end of next week when i have personally settled into my ( partner and i ) new residence ...

i will be posting this message in all three forums that are granite based - AND - the mining forums i usually frequent ( like spmod and tpruvot thread ) ...

much appreciated for all your support thus far - and hope to be back online soon with my proper profile ...

#crysx

-------

i still havent heard from the people at bct - so im working with this account until i can get my other account back ...

im a little more settled with the move and now looking for a new place to 'home' thefarm ( and thegrid ) ...

id luv to catch up with those that ive not been in touch with due to the previous account lockout and forum ban ...

tanx ...

The X11 stratum has been dead for at least a week it seems. Can't send a support ticket - the zendesk is not functioning. I posted it on IRC but I virtually sure no one is watching there. It seems the system is abandoned. I guess that explains why there is so little hash on the site.

Is it still being maintained or not?

i watch mate ...

but that is all i do ...

lolwut ( or is it bruce ) has abandoned this pool so many times now - that i stopped mining here a LONG time ago ...

its one of the resons i had our own granite pool setup ...

i just cant believe you are still going with them mate ...

the last time i suggested a few things - bruce said he would look at them - but never saw any changes or ever heard back from him ...

its a great setup of a pool - but again - the question to take over the pool and get it back to its former glory was ignored ... and now - its the worst pool you can mine on ... not because of its functionality - thats great ... but because of the lack of care that the owners ( who are not willing to give it away - let alone sell it ) are showing with maintenance on the site ( as well as development ) is ridiculous ...

a lot like the bitcointalk mods here - dont give a damn about people like me who lost access to their profiles - and not ONE message returned from the mods to show they have any decency of customer relations whatsoever ...

go elsewhere mate - and mine your coins on yiimp or zpool or another that actually has 'live' devs ...

im actually quite disappointed - as this was the ONLY pool i was mining on when i first started - and when i first took over granite ... now i have ozziecoin too - which is under redevlopment as well as granite - and you think id mine either one in a pool that shows no support or care in the world about their creation? ...

like i said allknowingeye - i offered to buy them out a long time ago ( when i had the cashflow - and the pool was actually worth something ) but was not even turned down - i was just ignored ... now - i would still take it - but would have to be for the code alone - and not for the 'good will' that it used to have ... which means its worth almost nothing at the moment ... so give it away to me - and ill rebuild it once again ... continue to ignore me ( which im sure they will ) and let the pool crumble into the pit of junk that a lot of other pools falls into ... i had a LOT of respect for bruce and ron - but that is nothing more than a distant memory now ... that was the time they actually CARED about their miners ...

good luck with the support mate - and i hope bruce and ron are actually reading these posts - as they have lost a LOT of faithful miners with their lack of ownership and care ...

Just that I understand auto conversion!

when mining scrypt coins and having auto conversion to btc, does this mean we able getting via BTC?

Assume that all scrypt coins needed having payout addresses assigned in order for above to happen obviously having btc address in!

Let me know I can use that function!

If what I think it mean, this is better than to manually deal with exchanges!

I still mining on with and no certificate error is seen when loging in! It slow at times though!

Beside this, I think I rather stick with multipool as I mine 4 kind of  scrypt coins while on coinking I only mine SYS and VIA but how about other coins? This still needs some work.

edited june 1, 2016

Autopay definately doesn't work, of 19 autopay transactions history only one is completed.
I definately won't be mining here until all transactions are marked as complete!

I just noticed the website is dead. And I see the scrypt stratums appear dead as well. Is coinking still alive, and perhaps it's just down? Will check in the am again.
A good pool idea, but is death now Sad

If the service has been taken offline that is the business of the provider but we do need information on how to receive any coins that were left on deposit. To be honest I don't know what I had left there, not a lot I assume. Anyone know anything about this?
