This community is intelligent, has silverback gorilla backing, and is technologically inclined.  Not to mention, we are more fairly distributed.  The fabric of this community is great because we are working towards a common cause.  Project management, relevant/progressive announcements, and equality are what we strive for here, even if some individuals have their feet more wet than others.  We help each other, like we would if one of us fell down and someone put their hand out to help pick them up, or if we had the last $2 and gave a fellow member half, where we praise each other for effort and execution, where we share laughs, and push forward as one unit.

I would like to thank the DEV, @LibertyCoin, Troiste and IE for introducing me to this movement.  They've done much of the work and I've only begun to scratch the surface by providing insight and goodwill to the community.

We are Libertycoin!

Lots of hype here. It is very exciting.

160,000 straight buys all the way to 6200. MintPal. That's what I like to see!

Even while the orgy at DRK is at it most auspicious...

I have been watching Mintpal for 24 hours. Yesterday XLB was flat until around this time when it went up over 1500 sat. XLB traded above 6000 for a bit of time and then it went back down. It pretty much stayed flat again until this evening when the price shot up again until someone decided to sell significantly lower than the last price. Look at the recent history. Something is up but I do not understand the motive behind it.

I just hope that Mintpal hasn't placed their own bots into all the trading books to facilitate trading (remember they get revenues on every trade). It makes sense at a low cost to initiate small volume sell orders when the spreads are large, as it entices traders to try to close the gap. More trades = more money. They wouldn't even have to buy many coins. But right now when the market is pretty dry (low vol) across the board it looks like it is hurting all coins. I noticed when the side ticker refreshed for daily % gain, almost all mid-tier coins were in the red almost immediately.

I'm not usually one for conspiracy theories so I've even surprised myself on this one.

In reality it could just be a trader too who owns a bit of every coin and also has a bot script running on MP (but the motive wouldn't be the same as MP who want max trade fee revenue).

Leading people to already known answer is a good thing. Give them a reason to believe. Shows a bit of higher intelligence and a different perspective.

Keep doing that. Leave shit behind, we live in a line, which goes to the right. If it stops, we're screwed.

You understand better than 95% of the people in here, why.

Hey, smexy. Don't waste your time. Time's precious.

Something definitely stinks on Mintpal lately, and I'm talking for all coins except DRK.

Every single buy is met with 1 or 2 micro-volume sells a few seconds later.

+1, we (IE, Asceric, etc) noticed this yesterday.  Caught it multiple times in the last 48 hours.  I can only speculate four driving factors:

1) Mint was skimming since we are going into the thousand thousandth's of decimals.  At this rate, no one would notice x how much BTC volume.  Hard to fathom the net total here.  Why was XLB value on Cryptsy so much higher than Mint when we first got on yesterday?  Then a correction?

2) Deliberately driving value down to entice more trades and therefore, more trade fees (ala money in the bank).  Think about it, would you be more likely to trade a coin at .01 BTC or .000001 BTC?

3) Miners and large holders from Day 1, taking their gains without giving the coin they mined and bought into the first place, a chance.  Which would mean, we'll break soon and then there will be new highs with resistance, naturally, going forward.

4) Freak of nature and goes against all physics and mathematics that all of us Einstein's can't even figure it out.  Like a black hole, which is BS

I'm not saying Mint or certain members are bad business practice but I'll go on record and say that prior to Crypsty adding us, I played the field to see why we were down.  I bought small increments and once I hit a certain volume, multiple sell walls magically appeared in lower and lower increments.  Systemic, robotic, malicious.

As I stated yesterday, I generated a ticket, no response yet.

^^ lol I think we are on the same page!

They better cut it, they have the best reputation of all exchanges right now. I woulnd't hesitate to change if the above was proven true. And I would never return, fuk that.

edit: I will also raise a ticket expressing my concern and let them know they better not be involved. I suggest all do the same.

Blatent fucking nonsense:

Well I just said fuck it and bought a bunch of XLB to see what will happen. I am NOT pumping but I want to see why the price is driven down nearly instantly. As I am writing this we are now at 6570.

WTF! As soon as I submitted my post the price was driven back down to 5836, this is BS! No one would sell for that cheap unless something malicious is going on.

Hello everybody Smiley
I am happy to introduce Altdice to the Libertycoin community.
It's a provably fair dice game pretty much like Satoshi Dice.

http://xlb.altdice.net

To play, choose your favorite odds and send a transaction to the associated address, with an amount anywhere from min bet to the max bet.
A Lucky number between 0 and 65535 will be picked up for you, based on your bet transaction ID.
If your Lucky number is below the target number you bet on, then you win your bet amount * Prize Multiplier which is paid out directly to your wallet.
If you lose, you get 0.01 XLB back to your wallet.

The game requires 1 XLB confirmation to process a bet. 98% expected payout. 2% edge house.
Come and multiply your Libertycoins ! You can win up to 5000 XLB.

Have a try :-)
Send any amount from 1 XLB to 3800 XLB to LhdbJ1uFa1puNfxsKJMBNWV1r6QvTpKXxk => This is the 85% chance of winning game address. It pays out x1.153 your bet amount automatically to your wallet if you win.

I wish players endless fun and the best of luck on http://xlb.altdice.net Smiley

Feel free to send a PM or Contact Us on the website if anything.

Ok, I apologize for the inaccuracy.  I mistook your acknowledgement yesterday that price was dipping for my own assumption, I've edited my post and didn't mean to speak for you.

No problem at all. I just wanted to point it out because no, I don't see any conspiracies there. I see a volatile market due to very little volume mostly.

@6685, day's highs.

And not moving at all at Cryptsy yet

Looking good
