Cryptsy is just too big. The deposits take a while to go in, especially coins newly added. Even old coins , not all but some have long delays depositing (vertcoin). Coins dont go missing but mintpal, bittrex and poloniex are much better alternatives in terms of speed trading and because there are far fewer coins on these exchanges, its much easier to follow and gauge price changes.

You guys just must be having some bad luck because I have had literally thousands of trades across dozens of currencies and have very few minor problems with anything period, deposits, withdrawals, buy and sell no issues. Pretty fast help desk too.
When I did ask for help I always get pretty quick help.
I did have an issue with them a while back but it was unrelated to the actual exchange and we worked it out.
Why do you guys hate on Cryptsy so bad?

No where did a i mention cryptsy being complex to use. You love dropping words like intellect on other people. Makes you feel smart. What is wrong with you. Go back to the other post, i got something for you there.

Cryptsy is slower every day.
New improved suck today. Tried to make a trade...security error. refresh page = processing request for 2mins > waiting for available socket for 1min > waiting for cryptsy for 1 min > waiting for chat.freshdesk for 1min > waiting for cryptsy for 1 min > refreshed.
Enter trade data and press submit buy/sell order and start all over again...if you haven't fallen asleep yet. Took over 10 mins to receive trade confirmation and I was just filling a simple sell order.
No idea what these guys are doing to their service, but they need to stop doing it. Perhaps they're being ddos'd.

why craptsy sucks is i have had to talk to their support over 1000 times to withdraw . I have never talked to bter once or coined up or polinex shit i don't even know if the other sites have a support team cuz their shit works. I have been waiting for a withdraw for 3 weeks now!!!
