about the logo, i certainly will change the logo written whenever the dev team and the community had agree about the text
and about the concept of the logo, as you can see in previous posts and pages, there are several ideas about it and it cant be done in this way
we need to agree in one general idea and i will implement that in the design
so please PM me or post here about what exactly i must to add or remove from the logo

I think it would be good to keep the handshaking symbol from the original logo and implement that in the second one's design. That would be perfect! Just my opinion though...

Also remove "Pure PoS", no-one out of Crypto knows what that means.

BTW, since titles are up for grabs, I have appointed myself "Community Entertainer".

The same as always, v0.9.0.1. A new version of the wallet will be released in the near future. A link to the wallet can be found in the openingpost. As you can validate, it's at this moment the same as the link in the old ann post.
Any reason in particular why you asked?

I experienced some issues with cinni and BC POS wallets and wanted to make sure this one is up2date

Hi,

There're currently no issues with the wallet/blockchain.

Which version are you running ? what OS ?
In case of local sync issues we suggest backing up wallet.dat file and delete everything else from that folder. Now close faircoin-qt and run faircoin-qt -rescan feature.

I'm in touch by email with a guy from italian fairtrade office (I'm from Italy) and we are discussing about that.
Since he knows nothing about cryptos, he's asking for a list of merchants' sites all around the world accepting faircoin and generally cryptos to better figure out how big  our community is. Do you know where can I find a list like that?

We'll be working on that list In the meantime I'm working on a way to streamline initiatives like these. Right now they are only snippets located on TitanPad, but eventually I would like to dedicate forum posts to this when we have a place of our own :-)

I've marked this as the FairTrade Initiative. So me and Thokon00 (still have to ask him, but he wanted to contribute on this initiative, so it'll be okay lol) will coach you where ever we can.

I think that first we need to establish what we want to do for World Fair Trade. (Did you know it's World Fair Trade Day today BTW? So Happy World Fair Trade Day ).

We need to cherry pick the best options. Having the option to pay only for fairtrade products with FairCoin sounds like a great idea, but might still be a bit out of our league yet. It's certainly something where we can work towards though...

What are your thoughts on this? What goal is achievable? I certainly have some ideas ;-)

edit: one more note; I'm not sure what the structure of Fair Trade actually is. There are so many fair trade sites. Something we need to find out as well.

I think setting up a shop where you can buy these fair-trade products with faircoin is possible. Not easy but possible. I check the options and see what I can do...

and equality is really fairness..

Hi Guys

I Follow this thread at work on my phone, but i am unable to write  .
I am really happy to be part of the faircoin cummunity.
It's full of great people and this is definetly the start of something verry special

The 2 coins designs are really great, though i think the idea to incorporate the hand shaking while combining the colours of the second design would work really well. Also losing the pure pos and adding  a few words that explains who we are and what we stand for - equility, trust, freedom, honesty, friends, family for example.

I really want to help to make this coin a success, but unfortunaly i am not a developer, computer specialist, cummunity story teller(verry good one might i add . You stories are the max).

May i say that you are all doing a fantastic job

I would like to give my support by donating 10,000FAC. This can be used towrards bounties or however the cummunty likes.

Is there going to be a faircoin Donation fund setup up on the website?
