I sent FAC to my wallet more than an hour ago. Didnt show up on block explorer for ages, then all off a sudden 6 blocks showed up all at once/
I can now see my transaction on blockexplorer, but i havent recieved anything in my wallet.

You can probably make one now inexpensively (plastic) with a 3-D printer.
You don't even have to buy a 3-D printer, some copy shops have printers and will do the job for you.
