Thank you
As far as I can see Cryptsy and btc38 are on diffrent forks?
But wallet on cryptsy is moving instead of btc38 where wallet stuck/stop moving in november

So maybe we can convince btc38 to get in sync with us. Maybe mammix2 ?

I wish i could, every time i have suggested ways to fix the forks and get all users on the same network, BTC38 community have not agreed.
I think, at the moment they have full control and are not willing to let that go! The vast majority of coins are still on BTC38, so if Cryptsy are on a different fork then in theory all those transactions are invalid...

I'll keep trying to convince the BTC38 community that we need to fork onto a unified chain!

Feel like i'm loosing this fight.

I think that is useless to even consider the cryptsy chain valid, that website now a day becamed dead but if you think that still there is a chance to unified the two chains then good luck, and anyway maybe you should even consider the possibility of a hard change, because seems clear that BTC38 community doesn't really know what they are doing to this coin.....

I would think that the coins on that chain not being valid would screw up the other coins system too, since they are all tied together by the block chain, and all. so I would think at some point that what ever btc38 wants, they will have to do what ever they want over at cryptsy and have to eat the cost of any coins they have to dish out to people holding on the site it self and do what they have to to validate them or something, just wondering how long it is going to be that people are going to put up with not being able to move coins out of the exchange before they demand something be done so they can get their coins or something.

I suppose if cryptsy goes tits up it wont matter if the block chain ends up excluding their coins or not to holders, since they would not be getting them out anymore than people can get boost coins out of BTC38.

Well, today I asked again about BOST to BTC38:
Dear BTC38!
Today is more than 2 month BTC38's BOST wallet is out of service. Is there any information when BTC38's BOST wallet will be in service?
Thank you!

And they answerd the following:
service staff 小叮当: Hello.I'm sorry! So far, no any information, we also want to recover as soon as possible, so we can get the volume, but that's not BTC38 can control, please understand!

So it's not look good

BTC   Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System   BTC
A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Messages are broadcast on a best effort basis, and nodes can leave and rejoin the network at will, accepting the longest proof-of-work chain as proof of what happened while they were gone.

This is the same information i get from BTC38. I have spoken directly with them on many occasion, both on QQ and in private messaging with Boss Huang.

BTC38 will not agree to the new plan unless the community agree. Until that happens, we won't make any progress on getting the block chain moving again.

I've created a vote on here with 2 options. Can all users please make your choices

------------------------------

Why don't you try to add boost to Yobit?
I remember once this was a great pump first x13_?!
As l see dev is still very active and this can call the good coin!

I've done that already, they didn't want to because the Chinese markets controlled the majority of coins
C-Cex, the same answer,
Bittrex didn't want to re-add it for the same reasons.

The only way forward is to get the chain moving again. Then people can help move some of the coins out of the Chinese markets to help create a more even distribution.

Hello,

i have some coins on Cryptsy, is it possible for me to send these coins to my own wallet? (if the wallet is getting freed up by Cryptsy...) I am now synchronizing the Boostcoin wallet on my computer. I have about 2 á 4 active connections to the Boostcoin network.
Is this a wise thing to do, or is the Boostcoin network forking if i do so? Should i wait until there is a Boostcoin update available?
Or can i forget about the coins on Cryptsy(?), those are goners...
Maybe Cryptsy is doing a "touch-and-go", let's hope so...Than there is still time left to salvage the coins of everyone who still has them on Cryptsy.

I have been sending messages to BTC38 support to adres the problem regarding the Boostcoin network; I guess that if there is an utility to Boostcoin that the value of the coin also is becoming greater.

I also have a significant amount of BoostCoin on Cryptsy and I have a synced wallet on the same chain, with 11+ connections and with at least 4 connection to up-to-date wallets.
A couple of days ago I made a test transfer out from Cryptsy successfully, but depositing to BTC38 doesn't works because they are on a different fork or their wallet doesn't operational at all. I'm still keeping the coins at Cryptsy until maybe BTC38 will decide if they are willing to accept a solution to get the network back on track. The chances that it won't be resolved and we lost these coins are very high.

I have deleted my previous message, it did not make sense after i read it over again after a while.
I have read Cryptsy blog and i have not lost hope yet that the exchange is going to close definitely. By the way, i entered Crypty via api URL. That was the only one that worked for me as the normal adres does not work.

I guess the only thing i can do now is to give notice to BTC38 to solve this problem. They (BTC38) gave me the impression that the problem is also bothering them as they do not get the volume that they want/could get.

I keep my Boostcoins on Cryptsy exchange in the meanwhile, i do not want to get forked out of the action.

Thx Mammix2 for the time and energy you put in the Boostcoin project.

Hi all
I need help from the community.

I can see most people that read this thread do want to progress with the new plan and get BOST repaired. The only way BTC38 will upgrade their daemon is if the community tell them this is their wish.
Please can everyone on here post in the QQ group and tell them that they agree with the new plan.

QQ Group number: 319434369

=======================================
