We hope everithing will be allright this time. I asume that people counting on a good smooth start. Many crappy coins started nowadays and another failure will drive miners mad...

When we launch, the coin wont start retargeting every block until block 250. before that it will be retargeting every 30 blocks, so will feel like the difficulty isn't moving, but not for long.

Did you delete all the support file for the old wallet first?
Assertion failed means the genesis block in the wallet code doesnt match the genesis block in the block database

No it's 515 coins per block. 500 for the miner and 15 goes to the foundation address for long term support
