One more thing or advice:

- Always look and learn with others, in this case SilkCoin. (http://www.silk-coin.com/) in Particular their new wallet interface.

Great stuff guys. I especially like the artwork.

How about we start something fun. Reply with two things: 1. A feature(s) you like in another coin that you wish VeriCoin had too. and 2. What novel feature do you think we could add to the coin-- be it in the wallet or an external thing?

I'll start:

1. I wish there was VRC-FIAT trading available as that lets the common person who doesn't want to deal with trading get into VeriCoin
2. I think we should have some way of buying stuff from places that accept Bitcoin using VeriCoin. I wonder if something like that will ever be made?

1) I like decentralized markets inbuilt into the client...
Like openbazzar but hack it up for VRC....

2) How about a decentralised gambling / gaming system built into the client, can be dice rolls based on block ids or something....

3) use a nice fancy jquery and JS wallet like those other flash coins....

2. I think that should be an oficial Youtube channel for VeriCoin

Everyone knows the power of youtube channels and this could be one great feature for VeriCoin to go mainstream. Some content examples for the channel:

- What is VeriCoin? (Concept and why VeriCoin)
- How does it work? (explain the whitepaper and how does de interest/stake work)
- Current features and what's to come in the future
- How to use the features (VeriSMS / VeriBit and so on)

Believe me, a good oficial youtube channel would bring a lot of people to VeriCoin because it's easier to see a video than digging in forums or to google. Also it would be easier to share with friends, just a link away and here it is Wink

And the youtube payments from the advertising would be converted to VRC and would go also to the VeriFund Wink

What does de community thing about this idea?

Someone sponsor me a bluescreen and a hd camera and ill do a daily show everyday like MADBITCOINS!!!! ...

CALLED....
VERIMAD BITCOINS!!

This idea should be "professional" like stuff to bring credibility to VeriCoin and to spread the good stuff this project may bring. A nice logo intro and well written speech and so on.

Don't get me wrong vual, I think you can do that as a sideshow, but VeriCoin is not a copycat and you shouldn't go that way trying the MadBitcoins recipe. You have a case study called "Mad Potcoins" ( http://youtu.be/-mn4oFY2eY8 ) and that guy makes me the creeps! He tries but it's not the original stuff! People don't like copycats, they like original ideas and will follow you if you're original Wink

This guy picked up the idea and made something original. A weekly show called "This week in cryptos" ( http://youtu.be/RdMduP4wWRU ) and It's fun... for a show or two, then after that it's more of the same.... it's not easy to make a goodshow, as any TV producer.

Hope you don't get me wrong with this answer ok? And if you really want to go that way send me a PM and we can make some BrainStorm to see if an original idea pops up Wink

Cheers!

Here is the official Feature Request page on our Subreddit. If we can't or don't want to implement the feature we may search for a developer who can get it done (ie. banking): http://www.reddit.com/r/vericoin/comments/2836fz/vericoin_feature_requests/

Support VeriSMS in more countries please, such as The Netherlands.

Thanks in advance!
