Unfortunately, PayPal is not one of our deposit methods right now. You can try wire, ripple (a few new methods are coming)

I don't see any customer support buttons or email addresses listed on the site.  Is customer support the gmail address that you guys use for the verification process? And how secure is your gmail account for handling everyone's personal identification information?

The bitcoincharts feed went black again.  Says on bitcoincharts you have the 4th highest btc/usd trading volume. but the orderbook on your exchange looks rather thin.  Can you explain the discrepancy?

UPDATE:  the feed to bitcoincharts seems to have stopped working 4 days ago on june 22.  Is there any place where we can see the full orderbook for BTC/USD?  it's not on the exchange website surprisingly.

For customer support and contact info, please check out https://www.lakebtc.com/s/help?locale=en

Yes email is one of the ways to reach us. No email is not for verification or withdrawal confirmation.

User should NEVER send personal ID information via email. These documents should be uploaded directly to LakeBTC over HTTPS.

Thank you!  Smiley

That problem happened to us (and other exchanges) a few times in the past. See our comments in threads such as

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=644934.0

Currently only the most relevant orders (15 orders on both sides of USD and CNY) are offered in the orderbook due to heavy load from algo traders and market makers. We will provide full orderbook in the future when appropriate.

Thank you!  Smiley

He means the FULL order book and market data. Not just the data that the exchange finds "most relevant".  To me as a market maker the relevant market data includes much more than the first 15 orders on each side.

We are working on mitigating the heavy load of incoming requests from algo traders and market makers. Full orderbook will be available in the future. thanks!  Smiley

LakeBTC.com is excited to announce our partnership with CoinDesk. Effective immediately, LakeBTC becomes one of the four major bitcoin exchanges that decide CoinDesk Bitcoin Price Index (BPI). CoinDesk BPI represents an average of bitcoin prices across leading global exchanges that meet certain criteria, and is intended to serve as a standard retail price reference for industry participants and accounting professionals.

Since bitcoin market is distributed and fragmented by nature, a trustworthy and reliable price index becomes an extremely important foundation to all financial products on top of it. Bitcoin derivatives and structured products need an underlier that is stable and difficult to manipulate. As one of the most influential media in cryptocurrencies, CoinDesk selected four prominent bitcoin exchanges with most activities and user coverage to build the well recognized BPI, a true benchmark of the global market. We are certain that an increasing number of market players and financial products will employ BPI as the reference price, and our partnership will benefit bitcoin users worldwide.

About CoinDesk: CoinDesk is the world leader in news, prices and information on bitcoin and other digital currencies. It covers news and analysis on the trends, price movements, technologies, companies and people in the bitcoin and digital currency world.

About LakeBTC: LakeBTC.com is a leading bitcoin platform with rigorous risk management and internal control schemes. Security, liquidity, and service are three attributes that make LakeBTC stand out of the crowd. More and more individual investors, miners, merchants, trading firms and institutions trade bitcoins, manage portfolios and hedge risks on LakeBTC everyday.

is there a kind lakebtc's user tell me the following fact...

1  how long it takes to deposit/withdrawal  USD transfer to my bank account in Europe?

1. usually 1-2 days, up to 5, depending on the banks. More deposit/withdrawal methods are coming soon!

You are compared to bitstamp quickly too much.. How to do it

And do you remains keep the deposit/withdrawal speed whether my bank account in Chile or Czech?

on our side we process all deposit/withdrawals in the same manner. It may take some banks/countries longer to handle your money.
