A lite SYNC wallet using Electrum? Doesn't Electrum only store the major crypto-currencies, would be impressive if you could.

I think sync has a lot of potential with good development . Although I think it's not good to predict such a good ending

As far as I understand, yes the coins would still be staking, however it would take the person with the control of the private key to unlock the wallet in order for him/her to receive them. Until they're staked and claimed by the owner, those staked coins are not part of the supply. They get lost with the lost wallet.

I'm not sure about seeing how many coins are staking. Maybe there's a command in the debug window to find that out. Type 'help' to get a list of commands.
