Check everything, my SGMiner works.

I cheked all relevant settings and seems ok, but it won't work.
I use the same .conf file for all other coins, only change rpcport and nodes and it works.
Mined few other x11 coins with the same sgminer without any problems.

This. It seems like there is a new coin every hour now and it's probably done by the same people. The dev didn't even bother to make it unique.
Don't get burned by this.

Also:

ASC already exists. It's called AsicCoin. The dev can't even spell the algorithm (Scrypt) correctly. Don't mine/buy this for your own sake. It's another get rich scheme by people pumping out shitcoins every day with the same features.
