This mechanism is based on a decoupled transaction flow that involves the sender sending coins to an address provided by the system, and the mixing engine sending coins to the intended destination. The mixer service will queue a work item over a message bus that when picked up by the fulfillment service will instruct the transaction fulfillment nodes to monitor the blockchain for a confirmed transaction to that address. Once confirmed and authorized by the fulfillment node a transaction will be sent to the recipient address.
