Just got the r-box note not r-boxes the rPi the breakout board. all in a medium box.
So I am short 1 r-box and I paid 33 in postage for a medium flat rate.
I ship a lot and I know mistakes get made. So I figure I need a refund of 109.95 .
EDIT
Now I just went to post office website. It looks like you sent 2 boxes 1 is lost.
At lease the one that came has the rasp pi in it.
I am going to make an effort to set this up tonight.
Get some flat rate regional a, b, c boxes Even though the regional c box costs more then it should . It would be just one box my zip is 07731 your zip is 75035
Yeh, I shipped in separate packages. Every once in a while USPS will split package buddies up and deliver on separate days. Don't feel bad. but offering a larger little bit more expensive regional c is something to think about. (optional offer) I will stop at the local post office with tracking info on both to complain. If you can do the same on your end things speed up some of the time. At least the one with the rasp pi and 1 r-box was the one that came. I can set it up tonight and wait for the second one tomorrow.

If your blood pressure is running dangerously low, I suggest the best natural method of getting a quick spike involves speaking over the phone with a USPS representative. After a 30 min to 1hr wait, they will tell you a priority package is only considered late after 5 days. You may get lucky going to your local post office if the package is sitting there, but I wouldn't waste my time calling them unless you are feeling faint and your Systolic is lower than 90. No worries though, if the second package is indeed lost, I'll refund you and deal with them directly on a claim. Region C's were great for up to 7 Gen1 blades and a backplane, but I haven't had many instances lately where the cost benefit persuades me to use them. They may be perfect for 3-4 unit orders though. Tonight I will create a coupon code for those that want to provide their own shipping label for Region C's and the like. Please note that I can not guarantee shipment within 24 hours when I am dependent on the customer for labels or carriers other than USPS are used.

Also, for those receiving their units today, I've been informed by Rockminer that the RKBOX cgminer build should work. I will be packaging my own stripped down Windows build and providing a Windows installer package tonight.

Will this be on the sales site? Any chance you could try a BFG Miner build for windows?

Maybe NWOOLLS would be the one to check with about it, luke-jr said try it and let him know what happens. I think at the very least the frequency may need to be changed/set for default if its different but I think the range already allowed for Rockminer devices is higher than the new R-Box.

That is quite funny I like it. I will get to setting the one up tonight. EDIT: success thanks to crazy guy. first off let me say I never owned a rasp pi never set one up and I asked crazy guy to sell one to me with preset mining info basically he moron proofed it for me. So now I had it and I did not know how to power it or connect it or anything much at all. So I youtubed a power supply for a rasp pi dead basic stuff https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XX3kiRUf7mg long but worth watching as it hints at power being very important. After watching it I knew where to plug in the power and what i should use to power a rasp Pi I am using a hi end superstud usb hub to power my rasp pi http://www.ebay.com/itm/Silver-Industrial-19-port-1Amp-Aluminium-casing-USB-Hub-20-Amps-220vV-5V-/121328987917?pt=US_USB_Cables_Hubs_Adapters&hash=item1c3fc56f0dsuper overkill but I had it around. so I paid Crazy guy for a preprogrammed rasp pi I told him what I wanted for my pools and he did that . I told him the address to set the pi to 192.168.0.xxx he did that. Right now I plugged the gear into an evga 750 watt gold psu. I plugged the rasp pi into 3 things my ethernet switch. MY r-box miner. My 19 port hub. I fired everything up and with to the address to find the rasp pi. more photos later along with power use.

I purchased this meter for power tests. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00E945SJG/ref=ox_ya_os_product_refresh_T1May be nicer then a kill a watt. A nice price for the tube. Anyone with good power prices or free power gets 800 gh for 400 bucks that is 50 cents a gh. The missing package is out for delivery. so a 1 day delay courtesy USPS. I need a rasp pi case. I think mstrongbox sent me one a while back as a gift I am looking for it. Edit found the case looks good The over night numbers for the r-box. these are very quiet. I could see 4 -6 on a shelf. Hey crazy how many will the rasp pi run with the software you provided? The second one came today I hooked it up running at freq 350 early numbers are here second unit is not running well but this is a bronze lower grade psu. I have to do some real world stuff. I will check back on this in a bit. I may shift a psu around and see what I can get. I booted a few times moved the gear to a seasonic plat psu and I am hash at 125 + 126 = 251 on freq 350 temps are 53 and 54. here they are running on my test bench. note the yellow rasp pi case from mstrongbow I have it on a cooling fan. the rasp pi will never overheat

As a heads ups they can clock to 290 and get around 875 with a good psu. I added this fan http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A460TK6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I used m4 bolts 60mm long. I usd the stock fan to push and the silverstone fan to pull the silverstone is oversized 120mm and only fits on one end. I suspect dogie may be correct in using the stock fan on the pcie jack side as a pull fan and then using the silverstone to push I finally was able to open the garage door tonight as it is cooler these miners like that and they jumped from 1700 to 1758 when it goes to 45-50f I think I can jack these up to freq 300 and get over 1800gh that is for the two noticed I flipped the handles as I feel it moves the heat further from the chips

I had some time to play around with the new RBox units this weekend and they are very cool! 6 Units on one breakout board hashing over 700 gh/s. This is combined with a lepa 1375 watt PSU. Might not be practical but it can be done.... 4 Units hashing at 487gh/s on a Wifi RPi. Notice the sweet case in the middle. Thanks mstrongbow! Rockminer's Rpi image running off a wifi RPi with 4 units!

these r-boxes are pretty nice. they certainly are quiet. I did a power test for my 2.
I used a seasonic 760 watt play psu. it only runs the 2 r-boxes it uses 269 watts and I am getting about 258 gh on high freq 350
so that is about 1.042 watts a gh I will test it at freq 320 today.

I'm running a raspberry Pi model B+ with my 5 smaller R-boxes ( 32 - 37 gh/s ) and the Minepeon Software. Has anyone tried running the new R-box with the old R-box ?
with my current set up i can add 2 of these new ones. So was curious if they'll work together.

I haven't tried it yet, but I don't foresee any issues, as long as you run all units at a max of 290 clock freq.

So i might be better off just selling them as time goes on and replace them all with just the new ones. I dont like overclocking that stuff. then i'll have to use more power, and it shortens thier life expectancy.

A question to crazyguy I am going to order 2 or 3 more today from your ebay advert > I have a 10% ebay coupon. I think I can get them with a total discount of 13%. This makes them a little better price on ebay for me then from your store the question is will 5 run on your Rpi software that you sent to me? Or should I stick with 4

Rockminer has instructed me to give out a free RPi with every order of 8 units, so I'm assuming the Rpi can support at least 8. If not, we can work out something on another pi.

I purchased 1 r-box from your ebay listing this will give me a 3 pack total should be no problem to run 3 on the rasp pi. look forward to using it. thanks edit ignore all below you have 2 ebay listings
the bigger amv1 620gh machine
or the smaller r-box units
I don't want to lost the coupon so I am buying something.
if I get the btcgarden amv1 does it mesh with thr r-box and the rasp pi you sold to me. I am thinking I rather that item.
