There's an official announcement from yahoo that rates of windice will change within 24 hours. I'll edit this post later once the update's done.

Table update and recap for this week (Link)

Some campaigns (BestMixer, BitBlender, Windice)  have opened up slots this week because several accounts got banned but most of them were filled today.

Sportsbet announced few days ago, they'll start accepting new members on the next round. I don't know how many, the number on the table is based from their previous rounds when they're at CFNP.

I don't know what the actual minimum is but, going by the quoted part of the OP, it's probably those 5 posts per week in the Gambling / Gambling Discussion sections.

Wow amaizing i had no idea that Mitchell is still keeping this topic alive and updated.

When i was doing signature campaigns for primedice back in 2014 we basically invented signature campaigns on this forum.

Then it was starting to degrade quality of this forum and we decided to stop it.

Now we are back again with stake campaign and we will make it strongest campaign on this forum.

I think some of the rules are not followed anymore, I'm only certain that the maximum posts per week which is 25 are followed.
Look at the spreadsheet, there are members who are only making few posts a week or sometimes even zero,  but are still in the campaign.

This Campaign has been cancelled effective immediately. I will look at sending out final payouts today but as of now this campaign no longer operates and you can remove your sig/avatar.

I will announce more news when I have them but for now I'll just pay out early for the work you've done this week. Join any other campaign you'd like, there's so many good posters in here and you deserve that.

Reasoning out about the price fluctuation, well it's their campaign though.

That's actually a good thing, I wish more signature ad campaign had no minimum quotas of posts per week, people shouldn't be incentivized to make useless posts or risk getting booted out of a campaign.

Although a maximum amount of post should be set to prevent spamming of the forum without limits and it should be a reasonable amount like let say maximum of 7-10 post per day i.e maximum of 50-70/week is somehow appropriate.
