After reading your post, I checked the Cryptomania campaign and to my surprise, the campaign payments are quite confusing.

And there are only 8 output transactions 2 of which only corresponds to two profiles ChrisPop and numanoid

So I checked the other participants, like.

It is his wallet that only in that transaction. I'm guessing why would it have other wallets to be paid to. And I continued checking other profiles like this

It says Paid on the spreadsheet but isn't really paid on the address sheet.


This is quite sketchy in my opinion or maybe they could explain or something. Will try to investigate further when I have time, maybe others can check.

I did check it, that's probably why there are a lot of unknown transactions. So of all the people that are included in the campaign, the majority are Filipinos? That's quite a coincidence. Hmm. Anyways, just pointing it out.

There are quite a number of signature participants that are from the Philippines. It might be a case of the interconnected culture resulting in a quicker spread of Bitcoin, not to mention the infrastructure that readies users for bitcoin adoption (like coinsph)

Also it is quite common within local communities to share new campaigns with each other as soon as they pop up. And when in that case the filipino-community found this new campaign first and applied for it first, too + the manager does accept applicants on "first come, first serve" basis, than this could possible be the reason. Did not check for the timestamps, so just an idea for the moment.

Edit: did a quick check on it resulting in acknowledging that 9 of the first 10 applicants are in the campaign, which quite sure speaks for the aforementioned guess.

It's quite convenient for the users to use a service like coins.ph to distribute the payments. It saves them time and the transaction fees are non-existent so which is good. It's great that they are using that, I wasn't aware the first time I looked into it. Nevertheless, at least they got paid.

I understand. That would definitely be an advantage on being part of a group where you exchange ideas and lift everyone else in that group for the betterment of everyone. For a new campaign, I think that "kind-of-rule" will apply because maybe good posters would apply first and you can lose a spot.

Probably because it's not being managed by anyone from the forums. Everything (post counting, payout, etc.) seem to be happening through Yobit's site.

Bitmixer was also managed entirely through their website and it was once in that list. There was also a betting website that I can't recall the name, but was managed in their website and IIRC it was also in the list.

I don't see this as a reason to not include it in the list. You get paid to post in this forum, and that's the point of every campaign in the list.
