Can't find that info ..

A big kudos and thanks to Halibit for stepping in during a time of need for another exchange since Cryptsy is having problems!
Going to create an account and get some coins into the market later today!

As for the TxFee you can view the source anytime here: https://github.com/casinocoin/casinocoin

for the sake of answering it is a minimum of 100000 satoshi or 0 if the transaction is very small(although you can configure your wallet to send larger tx fees if wanted):

The new CasinoCoin wallet will be a true killer on the crypto scene. I can't wait for this one. Also, the addition of CSC to another exchange is pretty good news as now Cryptsy isn't the only one around. I'm glad to see CSC is going to the moon!

It is listed in the "Balances" section on the front page. Looks like you can't scroll, but when mouse over, you can scroll the list.

Considering how much time is has taken to add the coin, with no answer from them at all, I personally suggest using alcurEX. Still, it's great to see CasinoCoin in multiple exchanges.

Soon. It won't be long. I'd like to get it out before the end of November.

Yes we are doing our best to release it by the end of november. However there is far more coding involved than we anticipated. As there is no change on the blockchain and its version you could checkout the GUI-2.0 branch and build a wallet version by your self, .... offcourse on your own risk as we have not tested all functions  yet, last commit should already work and has about 90% of the work done. There are some bugs on exiting the wallet so i would not run it with your current wallet and its coins yet but with a copy of your datadir.
