I think the 100% POS interest accounts for compound interest because I am not receiving the 0.27% per day that 100%/365 days in a year would bring. This means that for the interest it will be harder to accumulate in the first few months with most coming in the later months.

Like the other guy said he is earning stake every 48 hours, I think this could be the reason. But we could get a comment from the dev.

POS is working fine here... I have had no problems staking with any version of the supercoin wallet...

Have you tried consolidating your coins?

Coin consolidation in wallet
1. Enable Coin Control
Go to Settings\Options\Display and check the Display Coin Control Features checkbox.
2. Create a new address to receive coins.
Select Receive Coins, and click New Address. Copy the new receive address.
3. Send Coins
Click Send. Click Select Inputs. Select all the inputs you want to consolidate into one transaction.
Send coins to new Receive Address you created in step 2.

This consolidated batch of coins will now stake in larger amounts, instead of giving you a lot of tiny dust payments.
Since the POS interest payments also stake after 1 day, and begin paying POS on previous POS deposits, (go compound interest!) the deposit consolidation may need to be done monthly.
Since Supercoin only needs 24 hours to stake, the consolidation only cost 1 day of POS payments.

Good strategy. Small pos amounts are sometimes annoying. This way we get consolidate the pos generation, so one day 1-2 times a lot easy, and you don';t need to keep the wallet open all the time, just once per day or 2 is enough.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

It's easy to speak about but hard to do. We are working on phase-2 but this is a very complex task, we are at this time test all the functions related to the multi signature features.

Great to hear!

Last time devs talked like this about Phase-1 SuperSend, they announced it and then delivered it LIVE within 2 weeks without delay.
I'm sure Phase-2 is harder but so far I cannot see any reason to doubt their dev skills. They've been fast, honest & capable so far.

So those who are creating another scare tactics for people to dump their coins, you'll need to try harder. Cool Cool Cool

Supercoin charts have been added to BitcoinWisdom.com

Mintpal is listing market data for VRC, DRK, XC, and now Supercoin!
https://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/mintpal/superbtc

These charts are awesome.

To display Supercoin on Bitcoinwisdom.com
Go to the Markets menu, look for the MINTPAL row, and select SUPER/BTC.

Chart is starting to look better now!

Thanks for your great work. Stick to the original plan and give regular updates, even if not much to say. Some posters get nervous at temporary price fluctuations, they need reassurance, but try to ignore FUD: you are doing an excellent innovation job, and that is what gives Super it's long term value.

Give me all your super

I will hold mine for now, thanks !

Even the DRK thread is full of FUD right now ! It seems many holders don't have the courage of their convictions. I have seen the same patterns dozens of times in around 100 different coins over the past 15 months.

Good to hear gnarl. Am I right that staking needs to be done 24:7? If you have like 8 hours downtime then that probably delays the next day of staked coins by 8 hours or more.

Unfortunately that happened to me last night as Windows update restarted the computer (I disabled that now). Anyway once I have 48 hours continuous staking I can start seeing if I am being paid out properly. gnarl should we be receiving 100%/365 per day in interest?

48 hours with an open wallet will certainly give you 2 (days)/365 * 100% of your coins, provided your internet and CPU is reasonable.
Staking is probability driven, like mining, so over a long period you will get the quoted rate. 24/7 opening is not essential, just reasonable regularity is desirable.

6hr chart at BW. Finally seeing some positive signs after the dumps.

Many are bag holders and are ready to dump I'm sure as they bought high and got caught in the whale dumps.
But depending on dev's road map & updates, they could all instantly become true supporters bringing in more new investors.
Dev's got a lot of people on their shoulders right now weighing them down. If you want it to go up, DON'T weigh them down.

The dev is not too affected, and knows FUD when he sees it. You are right, true supporters do not complain like that.

Yeah.. FUD can make you buy cheap coins. It does work. But it also makes it harder to go up after you buy.
Some people think just buying cheap fudded coins makes it suddenly go back up when they stop. It doesn't.

That only makes sense in MoMo trading, like algos. If you are Warren Buffet you don't think about that.
