I think yes because it is not an automatic process so it's possible back office is busy.

How quiet are these things really?

I'd say two of them are about as loud as an unmodded gridseed.
You can also just replace the fans with silent 140mm fans and then it's quiet as a dead churchmouse. That's what I did.

Yes I did get a response from them today indicating I will have a tracking number tomorrow. I should add here I am not impressed with the way they process orders and this is not to say anything bad about there units, based on the response here I will be very happy with my purchase.

But with that said if when I buy a unit from BTC Garden and I have to calculate what I owe to them and then not have that payment even acknowledged by even a single email is just UN-productive. Also I have to go back and send them proof of payment after I see it run through the blockchain. I don't want to compare them with some other company but Bitmain Tech seems to have this down and makes checkout much smoother.

I hope to see BTC Garden become successful as we all want more choice in picking our mining units, but I am just saying they need to improve check out.

at 350mhz this unit is hashing at 700GH/sec!

power consumption at XFX 850 Core Bronze+ (not modular, cheap one)

only 780W

nice Smiley

Damn, 1.111w/gh not bad.
What's the poolside hashrate like? I'm worried about the error rate of these chips, especially since there's not an easy way to see it.

Also how's the heat output of the unit? Heat sinks still staying reasonable?

I'm also curious to know how he managed such extreme OC. (Maybe ignoring HW errors?)

I tried 330mhz but HW errors brought the hashrate down to ~280ghs. 320mhz seems to be the sweet spot for my machine giving me an additional 5-10gh without additional HW errors. (only tested 310,320,330).

oc report
at 333 speed
hashrate is stable around
645-655GH poolside (polmine.pl)
660GH www panel

Elapsed   GHS 1m   GHS 5m   GHS 15m
1d18h45m38s   662.59   662.1   661.91

stratum+tcp://api.polmine.pl:4128
176895 accepted
74 rejected
82816 discarded (doesnt matter)
74 stale

pool hashrate 654 981 MH/s

(large gaps due to maintance/play with miner)

higher values bring no benefit due to larger HW
i was not tweaking voltage yet,
anyone done that already ?

Got 2 BTC AM-V2 1.2TH units on order from Minersource - looking forward to checking them out.

Units are coming with Dell 750W PSUs

Anyone using these? Wondering how "loud" they will be - units are going in basement directly below my bed in master bed room -- unfinished basement -- no insulation to drown out the sound - not wanting the wife complaining about noise....

I mean, it's not a lawnmower.

I doubt you'll hear it through the floor. Think "server room", that level of noise.

The dells even at minimum fan speed will be louder than the BTC Gardens, but overall your looking at S1-level noise. I think we might get a DB meter here next week and start doing official numbers for all our miners

I would say 4 of them are quieter than an S1 antminer...

Thanks AForceNinja and all others that answered my question.

Has anyone run these on p2pool? cgminer only reports ~299GH/s on p2pool, but on any other pool it stays solid at 312GH/s for me. Just wondering if there is some setting I could change, or if this is what I should expect (I haven't used p2pool before). Tried it on a node I setup in my house, also tried on other nodes I get low ping times to (<50ms).

Thank you for your response as I believe customer service is everything. Hope to see my tracking number today as this is what you promised in an email I received from your company yesterday.

just 20$ more (with PI) than i currently pay for unused V1 units.
and "This shipping method is currently unavailable." instead of any shipping price so no idea how shipping compares.

Refurbished may not have been the best term to use. These are brand new units that were DOA due to a set of faulty components. Replacement components have arrived and I've repaired and tested the units. Feel free to contact me directly with questions about shipping or competitor pricing.

Being able to use these miners with P2Pool is of big importance to us.  Can anyone else confirm or update their performance on P2Pool.
