Yes, very much alive.  I've got a new code update, along with new wallets that look REALLY good (thanks to concepts by Worldcoin).  I just have to make sure the new wallets and code work well and the transition is smooth for everyone to upgrade their wallets.

I've got the new code up and running on some of my linux boxes...  Tomorrow I should have the Mac and Windows builds.  But just to tease you a bit, here's a quick look at the new wallet.  (Special thanks to the hard work of the Worldcoin team for developing a much better looking wallet that Blazecoin was able to utilize.)  Lots of good stuff in this update.
