Is it just me or is ghash acting up again, like at this moment? I'm showing half the hashing power I normally have. All 15 ant's are running at a cool 30C

Seems like the last week things have been weird. 10PH was pulled after it was first brought up and 2PH have been brought back online since.

I don't want to alarm any body but I cannot withdraw any BTC from cex.io even though I clearly have enough BTC in my account, I get service temporarily out of order messages and sometimes it sends me a confirmation email but when I click on the link it never processes the transaction

anyone else having problems getting btc out of this pool?

I have had this happen to me several times lately.  It will tell me insufficient funds or error occurred etc... I am about done with this pool these days with all the downtime and delayed withdraws.  Also why can I not delete a no longer used worker....

it would be useless to even submit a ticket for this as I gave them screenshots of my miner reports and have been battling them over this exact issue for almost a week now.they do not read your ticket, they refuse to look at anything you attach like screenshots and just make lame excuses, and just absolutely ignorant test requests. a few posts back I have a reply from them you really should go back one page and read one of their responses to me, it will at least give you a laugh for the day. trust me its worth the laugh you will have at least to read it, one page back Smiley

I couldn't even access the balance page to make a manual withdrawal and auto-payout is stuck again and am now over 4 times my threshold and counting.  The last time it got stuck, I was over 10 times the threshold before auto-payout kicked in again.

I asked the same question about being able to delete old workers at the top of the previous page.  It seems a simple enough feature to implement but here we are...

Lots of disconects and miners changing pools every 3-4 hours...
also some blocks dont give payment...what is going on
later there was an announcement that site was down...and my auto pay threshold has dissapeared and
had to pass it again...
Lots of maintenance is done and the ball is lost......

I had a problem logging in yesterday and today...I rebooted my computer and I was able to then log in so I thought it was "me".

i got an auto payout this AM...that was nice to see, and right on time mind you.

i added a new miner but gHash has shown it on their side yet.  ....that's odd.

...meanwhile over at BAN payouts are slow.

....is it possible that there is a global attack on Pools right now?

According to blockchain.info Ghash solved blocks 318757 and 318659.
Yet Ghash did not pay out on them.

yeah, they already caught em, theres a post in the forum about it:
https://support.cex.io/hc/en-us/articles/203415803

they should pay out by the day or so. sometimes they have difficulties, but they are pretty good about paying out missed blocks...multipool as well

ABOUT PAYOUTS

This is simple, really, just chillax.

You need to have the block confirmed to be payed that amount.

This means, if you want to cash out BTC0.5 then each block that earned a transaction for that BTC0.05 need to be complete.

In other words, you may have BTC0.505 but you may only have BTC0.47 worth with all 120 confirmations.

Each block needs 120 confirmations for you to be able to cash out those earnings.

I never had issues cashing out with GHash, other than having to cash out and sign into another site, it's pretty smooth.

You can tell on the UI, it says #/120 - That's the amount of confirmations left to go, out of 120 Smiley

Hope this helps

Its not the cahsouts I really worry about, its getting paid for 50% of your hardwares earnings, its 62% maintenance fees on cloud that sometimes cost more than the reward in  a block,  Its when you calculate the sections of cloud payouts versus what was actually deposited into your balance you notice again another 50% of the payment is missing, its sending proof, screenshots, and having 12 or more other people complaining about the same problems of low hashrates being reported on our hardware, then Ghash finds out they have a major server fart that was the cause and they dont accept responsibility,  and go as far as to ask you to unplug your internet connection and leave the miner running and send the stats to them for review. It is the way they close and consider a ticket solved when they have not solved their tickets. If you Chillax you will go on for months about a problems my problems are hitting weeks now, how much more should I "Chillax" I am not chillax I am not on their pool anymore and I sold all their worthless cloud that was costing me BTC and not making me any.

51% ATTACK hahaha not at the rate they are going they will be lucky to have 12% by the end of the year if they dont start treating their members with (lets go with a figure they like) 50% of the respect they deserve.

Yikes, if you're on CEX then sucks to be you, you made an unwise investment, happens to everyone.

I'd always imagine people who trade on CEX don't make their money mining unless they have a few 100 TH/s in their back pocket on CEX.

Maintenance, well, you end up paying the price to hire a professional miner to run your assets remotely.

That's more than a licensed mechanic because of the rarity of the occupation, not everyone knows their shit when it comes to mining.

Good on your for selling your cloud hashing tho; if you do it offline at least YOU have control.

No offense but doesn't sound like you're knowledgeable about the mining industry in general so your loss is due to inexperience.

Go Gold mine for a few years, you'll then see just how frivolous your complaint is.

First day on the claim and bust open a D10 dozer, that will ruin your month I can tell you that... no profit but bills keep piling.

Where I come from, you'd be told to suck it up or get out and let someone who knows what they're doing to handle it.

You'll never have steady hashrates and with the summer heat, those variations area lot more noticeable, especially on GHash's own their low efficiency equipment.

Also, there's hundreds if not thousands of individual miners who each bring in their own set of issues like defective or decrepit hardware, slowing block finds.

SO yeah, chillax and instead of pointing fingers at GHash, learn from your loss or improve on it; those who do good in mining take losses too.

CEX is above all, an exchange...  of mining assets, which you have no control over; what do you expect?

You didn't do your homework from the get go, saw nothing but dollar signs now you're paying for it.

I seen this situation happen the moment GHash opened up for any miner with hardware.

---

Mining = 24/7 adaptation to any obstacle, overcoming adversity and improvising a solution; all day all season Smiley

PS: I was putting a post about those having problems cashing out because I know it can be confusing and see many posts about it, I wasn't even saying anything about CEX cloud mining or missing payments but since I got roped into going off track... lol

Any chance we'll see auto-withdrawal on every coin that GHash.io supports (instead of just BTC)?  I'd love it it if would auto-withdraw my merged mining coins.

GHash,

Thanks for implementing the worker delete function.  However, what's up with the overzealous captcha.  It seems that I have to go through it twice each time I refresh or switch pages.  I never had to this until about over a week or so ago.  I understand that it  is a security thing but doing it once (during login) should be good enough for the entire session until logging out of it.  But to be subjected to it twice each time I refresh or switch pages is very annoying and time consuming, especially when the characters are not readable and a new set needs to be generated.  Please take it back to the way it was or at least, tame the captcha challenges.

All GHash.IO users,

We thank-you for your inputs in this thread.

The ability to delete old workers has been an issue on the table for some-time and many users have communicated to us the feature would be good to add. Users also recently raised the same issue here. We do listen to inputs and are pleased to be able to inform everyone that the feature to delete old workers has been implemented and is working.
