Strengthening the country? Examples are here:

1. Public debt is at record high
2. US Dollar is getting more and more devalued.
3. The economy still remains in shambles.

Obama  tough for  Medicare or 'Obamacare' as many people like to call it. He realized the need for cheap & affordable healthcare for US citizens and pushed for the bill to pass through despite heavy opposition from his political opponents.

In the past, if you get sick as a US citizen, you had to pay an arm and a leg for healthcare expenses and that financially devastated many families whereas countries like Canada already had free healthcare for a long time.

It was just unthinkable that a developed first world country like US did not have a plan to afford to provide medical care for its citizens whereas their neighboring countries can. I'm glad that Obama has now fixed the issue.

Obama did not provide healthcare to anyone. He gave a handout to insurance companies by using the threat of government force to compel people to buy a commercial product. Do you know who is paying the IRS penalties? The same poor people that this abomination of a bill was supposed to help.

Also, a lot of mid-sized and small-sized companies were forced to close their operations, after Obama made it mandatory for the employer to provide healthcare for the employees.

1. His army was huge. Many times bigger than most of the European armies.
2. His military technology was much better than the Europeans.

That figure covers underemployment, which is what you're talking about.
Also a bubble burst there has to be some correction, am I right?

That chart is hardly a good representation of people who are underemployed. It only points out people who are working part time because they cannot obtain a full time job when the definition of underemployment not only encompasses that, but anyone in any job that is not being paid a wage/working a job that utilizes their full scope of skills and talents.

A computer engineer of 15 years working full time as a grunt for the TSA still has a full time job with benefits but is horribly underemployed. Underemployment isnt strictly about hours.
