Did you guys here about this guy Elliot Rodger? Before he went on a killing spree he made a youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MQUW3Km01BM&bpctr=1401290612 In the video it just looks like he has a earpiece in and he's gettin insctruction's but i could be wrong. Then I found this manifesto of him yesterday he wrote 150 pages about his whole life from 0-22. It's a really good read, but he has some crazy vieuws about the world. He blames sex and girls for all the pain and evil in this world, so he wasn't that smart. |

I'm sure most Americans have heard of this story, especially because of all the attention it has been receiving in the mainstream media. His manifesto is well-written, but his thought-process is one of a racist, narcissistic, delusional madman. He lived in a fantasy world, where he perceived his shortcomings to be the fault of others, and wanting to exact revenge from those who had what he didn't, instead of accepting his weaknesses and trying to better himself.

Yeah...This guy was screwed up for sure. I heard the guy had Asperger's, but most people with Asperger's are smart enough to know that not getting the popular chick is not a reason to shoot people. It's more an excuse to find their own crowd where they can collaborate on making the next big video game so they can GET RICH and leave the popular chick in the dust. I heard recently that Seth Rogen was pissed because some columnist said that the Hollywood culture could have been a contributing factor. My whole reaction was that, sure, Hollywood is basically a fantasyland that turns out movies that have little if anything to do with reality, but that doesn't excuse what this little twerp did. Surely he has an account here? Sad story really. I'm glad it didn't happen here. I would hate to have to gun him down. He was using his real name online to complain about his perception of being wronged by others, so he probably didn't have an account on here. You never know what kind of people actually lurk behind some of the more eccentric accounts on here though. I'm sure many of us have known people online that surprised us when we meet them face-to-face, as they were nothing like their online persona. |

The kid was definitely a whack job and I'm getting sick and tired of hearing about how it was a mass shooting. He killed 3 with a knife. More fear mongering to push the anti gun agenda. If this brainwashing continues, it's only going to be a matter where only cops will have guns. I already hear all the time from the younger generation that guns cause war. The government has been using most of that histories to try to pull back the guns from the people, its pretty obvious, cause some tragedy and by that way the people himself will try to ban guns.
But this is really sad because if they are triying to do this is because they have something in their agenda that they think can cause a revolution or something.

His parents did say he had mental health problems. i wish. i was thinking about this, and i think life might be easier if i were gay (except for, you know, the bigotry). there's just no social protocol. being gay is probably how it feels like to be a girl, since you don't have to do jack shit and yet guys would be hitting on you all the time. and to add to that, it's 2 GUYS.. and being so, two horny people  and re: the psycho guy, yeah when i look into his eyes it feels like something is missing.. kinda like how you feel when you see tom cruise in an interview. |

His parents did say he had mental health problems. Apparently he had aspergers which is a high functioning form of autism. My nephew has aspergers and I can tell you, he's very socially awkward. He has trouble forming relationships with people. He also tends to dwell on the same issue over and over again. Pretty hard to get any decent conversation going with him. You won't really get far without decent conversation with women. One thing I don't get is why he just didn't go to the nightclub and pray on the really drunk fat ones at the end of the night. They'll give it up to anybody. So yeah, maybe he was gay. |

Geez, the more I read about this guy, the creepier it gets. I also don't get why he was able to buy a gun in the first place. In the State of California my understanding is that you have to fill out a form when you buy the gun, wait 10 days while they do a background check, and if everything's clean, you pick up the gun.
You would think the background check would have picked up a red flag at least.
Considering how messed up this guy was, I think we are lucky he only killed 6 people before killing himself.
