that balance will stake for a certain number of blocks,  I forget the exact number, and then return to your confirmed balance.  It's around 125 blocks if I remember right.

Thank you for letting all the users know who was responsible for the DDOS. Some people wanted proof well here it is. The DDOS was a minor inconvenience and fixed pretty quickly. Also is was more of DOS since just one IP was used. It has also been reported to the ISP and if needed to law enforcement.

When it comes to policymaker, his points are factual although sometimes worded wrong.

It's a freemarket system. The coins are valued by investers/speculators and this is displayed in price.
XC is not a big player, its a cheap coin with some neat features. Let prove the community has better ethics and don't give any energy to these small issues
