Regarding the addition of TOR to the announcement. Simple question. Why do we need to use TOR if XC itself promises anonymity? Thanks,
this provides yet ANOTHER layer of anon. Its like when u bang a hooker with an STD, do u want to wear only one condom ? fuck no. prob like 5.. and a balloon even ontop for extra protection. XC anonymity features that we've been talking about prior to this announcement provide anonymity on the blockchain. Tor is about hiding your IP address. This ^ TOR covers the other side of the anonymity equation. @ TEKA -- you should change the OP to reflect "TOR Stick" or something. This is a big deal. People need to know. |

Synechist 1 point only, I may need to re read, did not see privacy platform mentioned in the PDF... Are we going with this as a term to be associated with XC ? If so I think it should be prominent, but I hate being critical as this is really great stuff and it's obvious the work going on here is just intense at the moment... Watch out drk we are coming.
When the official logo was released, Thrash explained that, contrary to our expectations, "privacy platform" really didn't hit home with the focus groups. Hence "flexible digital currency". However XC still is a platform, and it's still private, and these words will be employed prolifically. Sorry you didn't notice Thrash's explanation. It's pretty solid. Try look it up. |

Now easy not to swear now, but he .... f.ck, this is great news for just a unexpected 'in between' major release If this is any indication about the power of this team platform we are going to see some fireworks real soon! Mark my words .... in a couple months time there will be a separate market, just around this single detail of XCurrency outside the official team in every form or shape you may wish. Read again ... how ever great this is ... it is just a detail in the coming future |

Heck , you had more than enough time to jump on cheap coins. I been buying when I could. We're just seeing the pump and dumpers trying to get their money back. I expect to see a lot of resistance levels during the climb. |
