Ok...330 coins mined in testnet...waiting for them to mature and spam the wallet with tests ... Smiley
Up until now everything is working nice...and I'm glad we have a testnet to spam this with tests before going mainnet...

Ive got testnet coins to test with, just need the proper command and address to send to

i need some testnet-eksys to test and dont know how to mine them

muCieN3CZ8KALidxgS7zAuYzybxYkpo7tE

anon send command:
sendfrommixer <fromaccount> <toX11Coinaddress> <amount>  <# of Mixer Hops, 0 or 1>

example:
sendfrommixer MINED muCieN3CZ8KALidxgS7zAuYzybxYkpo7tE 100 0
(MINED being the label of the address were your coins are)

ill return them to the senders address when i get them Tongue
How to mine?

go to console and type "setgenerate true" (without the ")

when typing getmininginfo you will see difficulty, your hashrate, testnet hashrate etc.

If you want to test the new release of wallet, edit the run-xc.bat as follow:

@echo off
echo .
echo . Launching XC Client
echo .
pause
x11coin-qt.exe -testnet -irc -dnsseed -addnode=71.174.70.215 -addnode=213.106.225.73:31650 -addnode=35.9.171.155:52301 -addnode=66.211.20.245:51851 -addnode=98.225.154.5:22347 -addnode=85.127.166.51:22347 -gen=1
exit

USE THIS AS A COMPLETE SEPARATE WALLET. BACKUP YOUR WALLET.DAT, WITH YOUR MAIN ADDRESSES.

........

After you mine some coins, close the wallet, and delete -gen=1 from run-xc.bat, and run it again without mining coins since you'll have enough coins to test it....

After that, lets spam this release with tests, and submit some relevant feedback...

Waiting for my testnet coin to mature...
Who want some testnet coins without mining, post your testnet address. I'll provide some for testing...

And please, stop answering to all those idiots, specially pookiFelax31, just ignore the retards...

Cheers

UP

While I am severely pissed off at how things were handled last night by the entire team, I still have complete faith in this coin and Dan. Please XC team, learn from your mistakes and stop hurting your own project. I understand growing pains, but if Rev2 would have been released at 8pm last night, XC's name would be held high today and the price would reflect the respect.

I can take a guess about what the annoucement is... just like I guessed about PBOC a few weeks back... and so there is no harm in guessing its jsut my personal thoughts.

The announcement will be about Encrypted Messaging features.

Pookie relax dude,  Wink, If you would have been canned on the spot or would be the one canning in your "real world" environment , i feel a little sorry for you.
That tough guy business mentality you project is called for some times, i know, but it doesn't apply here , or at least it doesn't provide any constructive benefits. I'm all for real talk when the shit hits the fan and preferably before that in business, but we are far, far away from a scenario like that with our PR , its rather the opposite in my humble opinion.

Marketing isn't Marketing and since crypto is a new playing field in all kinds of regards that applies to the PR as well. The middle ground Synechist is trying to find between strait corporate PR and a more POP culture approach ,which i think is an important part of crypto also, isn't that easy to accomplish and understand some times if you are coming from a more corporate only environment.

Hope this helps to understand both sides.

+10000 for actually coming at me with a logical thought out response and not automatically Screaming hes a fudder... I have been in this community long time.. last night was very frustrating.. for many different reasons about way things were handled...

dude, how are we even awake?  my eyes hurt so bad...

I want to respond to this, as I don't blame anybody for being upset how things went down last night.  Could it have been handled better, yes... we will we learn from this.. YES...

However, it was a decision that I had to make, as I was not comfortable releasing the mainnet code in its current state and I stand by that decision.

Moving forward a more formal release process will be followed.

Friendly suggestion; evtrmm, I believe that your command contains 'sendfrommixer main', but this is testnet.

the_game1224 the difference i noticed between you and evtrmm's command is the decimal point after that 5 , maybe that's what you're missing.

'main' in his command is simply the address label.  The 10 in my command is the amount of coins
