If any of you wonder why you are not proceeding through the rounds, check your entry number carefully. 

This is still a valid entry, of course.  In this example, this entry has simply been recorded on our list as #63, rather than #69.

UTC does not change with a change of seasons, but local time or civil time may change if a time zone jurisdiction observes daylight saving time (summer time).

If there still remains a discrepancy after the game begins, the chosen time will overrule.
