"And this little piggy went hashing!

Entry : #69

Customer : #19769

This is a common mistake I have seen throughout the thread.  This is an incorrect entry number because of the L being mistaken for an I.
If any of you wonder why you are not proceeding through the rounds, check your entry number carefully.  Smiley

This is still a valid entry, of course.  In this example, this entry has simply been recorded on our list as #63, rather than #69.

Some more clarification regarding a recent question:

Q: What do you mean by "the closest mined Block On Monday, September 1st, at 22:00UTC"?  Would a block mined at 21:59 count if its the closest?
A: A block solved at 21:59 would not count.  The game starts at 22:00UTC.  The soonest block mined after 22:00UTC will be our first round.  Apologies if our original wording was confusing.

Exactly. I just got kicked from the tournament by a mere 15 seconds. There's something weird though, isn't blockchain.info supposed to be in UTC?

OK, I'm confused now. As far as I know, I live in the UTC timezone, and all my clocks say it's 22:13. What the heck is going on?

It is 21:15 at the moment, according to this.

The blockchain is currently showing times in UTC as well.

UTC does not change with a change of seasons, but local time or civil time may change if a time zone jurisdiction observes daylight saving time (summer time).

If there still remains a discrepancy after the game begins, the chosen time will overrule.

The final round will start at the same time tomorrow (22:00 UTC).

These 4 piggies will be assigned the following numbers:

1 SilentBit
2 ABitNut
3 amhmck
4 apsvinet

We will look at the soonest block after 22:00UTC.
The piggy who has the most repeated number within the Hash will be crowned the winner!

A tie breaker will lead to playing the following blocks until there is 1 piggy standing.

** We will still do some validation checks to ensure we are correct.  This list may be altered if we find there has been a mistake!
