Why do you want to expose him?
Hasn't he make us enough favours to deserve to be left in peace?

Satoshi's stash is firmly controlled by the NSA.
If you guys think that the US government would pass on such an opportunity you are living in a fantasy world.

Isn't it just a estimate that he has 1 million Bitcoins? By the way, why do people keep saying 'if the price gets...'?

This all depends on whether he still controls (or most of) those early mined Bitcoins.

Thing is, he might become the first trillionaire too.
There are already trillionaires but since they own the rich lists they only mention the loosers (billionaires) because they want to stay anonymous.

The US would be the country who would lose the most, if bitcoin were to take the place of the dollar, at least for international trade, but you think this is all a conspiracy by the NSA.
I think you do overestimate them.

Yes he will, but (s)he'll never spend a single satoshi of her/his bitcoin fortune. The invention of cryptocurrency was an entirely selfless act.
Satoshi is not a capitalist.

Is there any way to tell which addresses belong to Satoshi? For that matter, is there a way to search all public keys and order them from greatest to least in terms of number of btc?
That would be interesting.

I think some people do that, too. I wonder if they think that if Bitcoin becomes more valuable than almost any precious metal traded, which is more than any currency, they'll just let it get off scott free. Not to mention, the 'X' in 'XBT' means something.

If I was Satoshi, I would never publicize myself and will stay out of the limelight. At today's exchange rates, Satoshi's stash is worth around $625 million. In case if Satoshi comes out in the public, then he will have to deal with all the tax-related formalities. Also, there is the problem with hackers and wallet thieves. (All this, if he is still alive).

if based on 1m bitcoins, means he/they are worth half billion right now. Will Satoshi Nakamoto ever become the world's richest person? whats going to happen? I sure hope not. He once said on the forums something to the effect of "lost coins are a donation to everyone else" so I'm hoping that he considers those coins lost and won't ever tap them.
