Because it's a binome (dunno the English word for it).

(a+b)²=a²+2*a*b+b²

You only have to use the binomial formula when there is a variable in it. Sure, it also works with numbers, but it is unnecessary work. The answer is 2463.

better example to check for math newbies :
4¹+(5+5)-7⁰+(33+2)²*2=

4¹+(5+5)-7⁰+(33+2)²*2 = 4 + 10 - 1 + 35² * 2 = 13 + 1225 * 2 = 13 + 2450 = 2463

Find the right 'x'.

x= z*y+v
z = sqrt(845+0.121)*33)
y = 2*sqrt [( sqrt(9768/1) * 4/sqrt(9768/1) )]
v = 256⁰

The answer will make you feel much better

z = sqrt(845+0.121)*33) = sqrt(845.121*33) = sqrt(27888.993) =~167
y = 2*sqrt [( sqrt(9768/1) * 4/sqrt(9768/1) )] = 2*sqrt [( sqrt(9768) * 4/sqrt(9768))] = 2*sqrt [4] = 2 * 2 = 4
v = 256⁰ = 1

x = z*y+v = 167 * 4 + 1 = 669
