When I open it, it just opens the command prompt window and closes instantly This is with every exe in the folder, they are all the same

You probably want to run it from a command-line, so you can give it information about what it needs to search for.
|

I just click on the exe :/ Is there somthing I need to do to fix this?

It is not a GUI tool, running the exe will start it without arguments, so it will just show its help text and exit immediately.
What you want to do is start a command-line (start -> execute -> "cmd" or something in windows), go to the directory the program is in (using cd [dirname]), and then type "vanitygen", and see what it tells you about what arguments it accepts.

Yeah thanks Making loads of 1Koni addresses, to use instead of other normal addresses Tip for anyone reading this, put the vanitygen. exes in your C:\Users\[username] folser so that you don't have to use the cd command every time you open command prompt
