The delay is not for no reason, it is a serious issue. The person involved is effected emotionally and they have to look after the individiuals involved. We don't expect people to understand again we are sorry but please show some courtesy, there is no need to put people under more pressure and make them resent you and development let alone put them under more pressure when they have a serious situation. Do not drag MsCollec into it as he is a gentleman and this is on US but there is serious reasons behind the delay, it is an unforseen circumstance. Crypto is about helping people not putting them in a worse position. MsCollec dragged this coin out of the dirt and into something commendable you can doubt our reputation all you want after we have proven development but you cannot doubt the work MsCollec has done on the coin. If you work in development teams you have to understand these people are your friends not just colleagues and you have to look out for everyone best interests so if all of us are friends why would we kick others when they are down? Why should more pressure be applied? When did DEVs and community become enemies? When did people lose their heart? This is not what crypto is about.
I get what you're saying in this post. To a certain extent, I agree wholeheartedly.
"When did DEVs and community become enemies?"
--The problem is, Devs became the communities enemy when about 99% of the coins that have sprung up around us within the entire crypto-world have turned out to be projects with broken promises, and thievery. I've never seen such a mismanaged scene that is trying to emerge itself into being an actual industry. This scene(I call it a scene because to be an industry, there needs to be a standard set, and continuing impact made) has become nothing more than a group of semi-tech savvy teens, and over seas con-artists taking ready made code, and copy/pasting it. Rebranding it. Throwing a few new "features on it, and making false promises. The next step in this process is that the developers then hide a premined supply of coins, dump it on the people they are asking to invest into their projects, and disappear.
Anonymity is important in the sense of retaining ones privacy, and reserving our rights to not have our information put out to the public, if that's our wish. Anonymity has turned in zero accountability, and zero responsibility. Take as many wary investors cash, and unsuspecting teens, with get rich quick dreams, allowances or birthday money. We're allowing unnamed persons to create an endless list of aliases, steal money, and repeat the process a hundred times. All of this and no punishment.
When you ask,"When did Devs and community become enemies?"
When a huge majority of supposed "Devs" decided to pull a fast one on the community, and then decided to repeat the process to no end. I'm not accusing you or MsCollec of this, but it's very easy for legitimate delays to be misconstrued and red flags, and disappearing acts. Especially when very vague info is released on the progress, eta date, and specifics of the project. This post is written with respect to all parties; only to answer the question you've written in your post.
