At the moment there are different theories about what has happened to sharexcoin. It doesn't seem to be a scam as in take the money and run. Think everyone is hoping for the owner to come online and tell us what has happened.

I think its a scam
but a very well thought of scam
because a lot of work was put on building the exchange
and build a reputation for the exchange

unless its a copy and paste exchange ?
you know what I mean ?

The entire crypto business is unprofessional.  Just scams and amateurs.

Thanks Zip for taking my BTC, now I can search for a real investment.

I like TRON.

I am starting a "Track down the shareXcoin scammer" campaign.

Nothing violent or threatening, just track him down, let him explain the situation and then bring on the force of the US-law-enforcement on him. Also the infos will be posted public for whatever anyone wants to do with them, but as always be cautious with information that is not 100% proven to be right, don't fall into the reddit frameing trap!

This is not a witch-hunt! So please leave your pitchforks at home!!!!

The first step will be a fundraiser for bounties and paying certain doxing experts. I will hold the funds escrow and organize this whole thing. I am certain with the right financial-motivation, every person can be tracked down. You shouldn't piss at the bitcointalk-crowd, they are full of spite, and so am I!

Two ways to donate:

BTC: 1NMrmhqs1s72UkRnSygS4Figm5Vdcb2RVN
QORA: QMt3gUxSM7jytGqfcyuZqJrwhx7bLFDNKF

or pledging parts of the funds you will maybe eventually get back from ziplibrary.

If there is no news from owners this is SCAM. I am so happy that I dumped my free sharecoins there for 0.4 BTC and claimed immediately.

Don't be a pussy. As far as I understand, stealing your money which feeds your wife and children is no different from violence. If sharexcoin initiated the violence, then you can surely be violent in defending yourself.

Contact the web host, domain registrar, vpn company, etc. Get his ip logs and how he made payment. Get his payment details. Next time don't trade on an exchange which doesn't list a registration number or a verified identity of the person running it.

Why were you guys not trading on Atomic-Trade, Cryptsy or Mintpal instead? Why trade on these anonymous exchanges? Who is to blame?

Yeah, as we all know, using a bigger exchange like MtGox that's been around for a long time prevents you from losing money.  Cheesy

Don't blame the victims in this case, many were there trading coins that aren't on the exchanges you listed. From the very top to the bottom all exchanges are a risk, whether it be by fraud, hackers or regulators.
Trick is not to use exchanges (or any online source) as storage. I have a pretty strong philosophy on this, was in and out of sharex for any trades, yet I still got caught with coinage there.

The majority of coins in sharexcoin was newly launched coin, and 100% pos coin
they are difficult to listed in major exchanges like you said
that's why many user trade in sharexcoin, especially when qora was hot coin
sharexcoin is first exchange for qora
