At the moment there is a limit of 50 MH/s per worker. If someone has doubts about this - please feel free to test it. One can rent a rig (for example from betarigs) that has hashrate above 50 MH/s and try to mine with it. You will see that this worker will give you around 50 MH/s.
Miners that have total hashrate above 50 MH/s are using multiple workers and that is why you see some miners with 300 MH/s and above. We will let the pools run as is for now. We are considering implementing limits per IP. We might implement per IP limits in the next 24 hours.

This won't work. People won't have the same IP when they rent rigs obviously. What you should have done is not let anyone go over 50mh/s with all workers combined and only make one pool, so people can't mine on two different at the same time with rented rigs.

Edit: or have two pools and not let anyone sign up from the same IP.
Do you really believe that using multiple IPs is a big hurdle? I don't think that it is. Statistics page will look nicer as there would be no big miners but apart from that I don't think that it will make a huge difference.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

You say IP in your post
Sorry about this, this was the initial post and at that time we were not 100% sure which limits will be implemented.
I've fixed that in the OP. Anyways, we are considering IP limits but I personally don't think it will make a huge change. The only difference is that you will not see some big miners in statistics.
You would definately see a difference.  Moving rigs to seperate workers is easy.  Moving rigs to seperate IPs is a whole different story.
Exactly!

The difference is important, as it will impact the distribution of the coin. I guess you want it to be as fair as possible. Having whales using multiple miners on the pool is no different than having the same whales using only one miner on the pool. The pool will display the hash based on the account name anyway... what you are doing right now is keep away the "stupid" ones - those who are unable to set up more miners on the same account.

@Dev, you should to make a restriction by the account, not by worker.
It will not effect to the hashrates (it's not problem to create many accounts), but it's it's better for statistic page Grin

when you rent rigs the come from different ip's anyway if it's one ip for betarigs you can rent on different sites, ip is not issue , how about an exchange you promised so people can withdraw their coins? you are just another brand new account with bunch of empty promises like Honor and many others before, you said there will be an exchange so people can withdraw yet there isn't ,where is it, why don't you address that not ip crap conversation.

why would you still limit it after 24 hours..? so others can mine according to the rules while theres a bunch of people now mining with 7x the power one should have according to your 50mh rule, you also were probably well aware that this was going to happen.

good luck with it..=/

Well, I think that we've achieved more than that as there are no ASICs nor Multipools nor really big farms and they will not appear.
Limits per IP will put additional hurdle to people that have a farm in a single location.
Anyways, we hear what you are saying and per IP limits will be implemented during the next 24 hours. We will announce the exact time later when these limits will be implemented so that people can react accordingly.

Yeah, it is clear that limits are in place.

What we really need is to bug Bittrex about our coin. They were really responsive and willing to list us at launch until some pool ops appeared here Sad

Me as a Starcraft Player and always being interested in something new, even if it's just a small Variation, I tried supporting this coin - with translating the announcement.

But unfortunatelly this was my first translated announcement - so I am not familiar with inserting Images.
I asked the Dev several times via PM (since the last 2 days) if he could help me with that Problem but he never responded to me.

It's very sad to see that he has the time to post in here but he hasn't the time for giving me the code-snippet to help getting the word spread on his coin.

Dear Lord, please grant me the ability...

how can one say a restriction in ip's would have the same effect as a worker restriction... what a dev...smh..-_-'

you're probably among the ones who are mining with 10x the "allowed" hash..and when you have enough coins accumulated you will restrict it to 50mhs ..Smiley

li already posted the question 3 times dev doesn't respond and address issue of false promise to have an exchange to withdraw coins , now that guy with pm another red flag plus a newbie account, i have a feeling people will get burned on this especially ones that paid btc to rent on this, i'm not mining this unless there is place to withdraw plain and simple.
