They is so many rumours this is one big well organised scam.
Where?

it's obvious, nobody with half a brain would mine coins they can't withdraw which means most of the hash is dev and his group mining most coins, and when you have most coins you have absolute control , this will be a dump fest . good luck
earlier i stated.

At the moment there is a limit of 50 MH/s per worker. If someone has doubts about this - please feel free to test it. One can rent a rig (for example from betarigs) that has hashrate above 50 MH/s and try to mine with it. You will see that this worker will give you around 50 MH/s.
Miners that have total hashrate above 50 MH/s are using multiple workers and that is why you see some miner with 300 MH/s and above. We will let the pools run as is for now. We are considering implementing limits per IP. We might implement per IP limits in the next 24 hours.

You say IP in your post

Sorry about this, this was the initial post and at that time we were not 100% sure which limits will be implemented.
I've fixed that in the OP. Anyways, we are considering IP limits but I personally don't think it will make a huge change. The only difference is that you will not see some big miners in statistics.
i think you should use a smaller bag to fill.
like 0.5% instread of like 2% or larger of the total coins bag...

From my perspective, it's just another P&D coin, just disguised

"No Premine"... forced mining on dev's pools. 1% premine....with the potential of the dev taking them all once it gets listed somewhere.

dev will take 1% of PoW coins in 7 days, which is 30k minerals, thats the amount of premine which is used for bounty or something, its reasonable amount

1. 1% pool fee is 1% premine, because people have no choice, such as supernova pool which have 0 fee
2. the limit per worker of 50M Hash doesn't do the job as advertised at all, big farms are still mining it.

its possible, dev can redirect hash to mine darkcoin for example, but did u see another X11 coin that has jump in network hash rate?

i think people that mined it will get their coins but most of coins will be and is mined by "the crew" then they will slowly dump it on an exchange. i'm not mining nor will i ever buy this coin. also done with commenting here , good luck to all (i could be wrong but everything points to 1 thing only)

Dev, why do i get the msg: worker temporarily banned???
I've explained in my previous posts, this is the error message you will get if your worker is hashing at a rate higher than 50 MH/s
"Worker is temporarily banned, hashrate is above the limit"

They may point them to several X11 switching pools. If anyone is so dumb to get on this scam, he would at least check difficulty in sgminer once a while to see whether it is +/- stable..

IRC chat, They is quite a few people saying this is the new breed of scam attempts. I guess only time will tell.

No exchanges will add this coin until the source code has been released and reviewed.

The source code will be given to the exchanges and any trusted third-party. Do you have a suggestion who might be a good candidate to review the source code?

That's a crappy answer.  You are banning 1 person above 50 MH, but all the pools show the lowest miner around 80-100 MH.

Btw, suprnova has changed fees to 1% Smiley

I don't see why it is not big farms, and look at below, there is no cap at all at 50 MH/s per account,
the limit is for per worker, while big farm can set up a tons of workers for a single account, or even setup multiple accounts
so the conclusion is this coins is no different with other PoW/PoS coins.

the only solution is to limit the total hash, not ip or worker, who come late simply can't mine

because even with ip ban, they may use proxy, vpn, others crap
