I rather go in cheap and hold with the possibility to explode than to go in end of a pump at much higher SAT and be left holding.
DEV is lowering interest, he knows a thing or two about deflation. POW is ending and he's cutting coin count.
I mean those are good steps to at least be a good contender. He's not selling all this empty promise anon BS and willingly scamming people.
