It has come to my attention that Bittrex may be de-listed the coin do to lack of volume. I have contacted them to resolve this issue and waiting for there response. The coin is being developed but I cant move the development any faster as I can only afford the programmer that was hired. I will let you guys know Bittrex response shortly.

I understand that the development of the coin may be out of your complete control but something like getting de-listed from Bittrex should have received a much more prompt response from you guys. You should have contacted them when they announced the delisting, they usually do not delist coins if there is dev intervention.

We need some real answers. Delays are fine, let us know the cause. Give us estimated deadlines, even if they may not be 100% accurate, at least the community will know you guys are actively working on this in the background.

Look at Vootcoin for example. MsCollec did a great job reviving Voot. Bringing updates almost weekly. Of course, I am not expecting the same from you guys as I understand everyone works at their own pace. But communication is key. Keep the community updated or else people will start to lose interest, coin will lose volume, and eventually it will be too late for Honorcoin to be revived.

Please, be more active with the XHC Community or please hand the job off to someone else who has more time that can be dedicated to reviving this coin.

Devs will develop a new coin. Holders will implemented a swap, so you can ask Bittrex again the inclusion of coins, even under another name, for example HellCoin  Tongue

To handle the job I hired a programmer that is costing me around $35 an hour and this is on top of the company allocated resources. What are you doing for the development of Honor-coin? I do undertand your concern and value your points. Remember that Honor coin was dead when the scammer pulled his stunt. This is a new honor coin that is being developed for the community. We will do our best to help undo the damage from the previous developer. Launching the coin is the first step.

Well it's good to hear from you finally, I like the idea of progress reports..

If you could produce something that shows active development I am sure you would be able to get donations toward your end costs.

We need a wallet right now, because if we don't have an exchange we have nowhere to send our coins.

I agree.  I was just notified a few hours ago about the de-listing and have begun fixing the issue.

As far as updates I will do a better job of posting updates, from this point forward every evening mon-fri I will post an daily progress reports. Thanks for your input.

I will hold you to that  Wink

But please do, this community really needs it. The absence is just not good for an already dying coin. It gave off the impression that you guys did not care about this project as much as you once did. As long as we're kept in the loop, interest will remain in tact, or at least it will not dissolve so quickly. You need the community as much as the community needs you, as there is no point in developing a coin that nobody is interested in.

Hopefully you can help get us back on Bittrex, but for the time being I have my coins at Poloniex.

And a final note, if you guys do indeed wish to past this project on to someone else, due to lack of funding/time please contact me. I have the resources and connections with the right people who can help me develop this coin and turn it into something with real utility.

It's all about showing results. Obviously so far, nothing has really happened with XHC (as far as the community can see) other than the new logo design.

Jarvis and his team needs to communicate and provide regular updates on their progress to keep the community both informed and interested.

Again, a great example is Vootcoin and the initiative taken up by MsCollec. They post updates almost daily and deliver what they promise, just check the thread! Honorcoin team needs to do the same if they want to have any chance at success when they do re-launch.

Hopefully Jarvis and team will be able to deliver soon, otherwise the project must be passed on to someone else or it will simply be abandoned with anyone holding XHC completely screwed over. This is just my take on this situation. I believe communication is key. Communicate and deliver.

It's been too fucking long already and this can not continue to sit on ice anymore. Otherwise this coin needs to be your MAIN PRIORITY from now on!

Or You can get your own ass off your block of ice and do something besides bitch that we are not making you money.

Obviously it is not YOUR main priority, unless you count bitching that we are not working for you, as a priority.

BTW, it was MY BTC and LTC that was BUYING the XHC, dumbass. Again, you are welcome. You should be buying more, that will solve the problem of them getting delisted. Coins get delisted, it is not the end of the world for them. They come back, and get traded off-exchange. I can name over 20 coins that have done this, multiple times.

Now that I am settled-in to stupid windows 8.1, and my new hardware, I can put forth more creative effort into this coin. I still have to get my old software to function, and some more hardware setup. (Drivers and compatibility are screwing with me, at the moment.)

I will have those finished vector HD format logo images soon. That was one program giving me trouble, SketchUp. I would attempt to help with the programming, but you really don't have time to wait for ME to develop the program. Trust me on that one.

Though I agree, I too, would be more inclined to invest more, beyond my existing investment, if there were something more than words. However, unless I drive up to meet Jarvis in person, I have to trust his words. But do not blame HIM for not doing, what YOU are NOT DOING yourself. He is also not the reason ALL COINS are going down in value. That is just a normal process of volatility and a result of others getting drained by all the new crap-coins. That will never change until all the stupid people have been drained, and there is a delay in the release of new crap, and new stupid people to drain.

This is part of the reason why I wanted to work on crafting an actual "method", for coin-mergers, to reduce the clutter and regain some of that lost value. Once the scam is over, like has happened to this coin, they all struggle. Some survive and thrive, others do not. Even though they all function perfectly fine. What made this coin IDEAL for a take-over was the simple fact that the wallet and the formula were a complete piece of crap to begin with. That is how most copy and paste coins are.

Now, with a complete swap-over, we are essentially unlimited by the bounds of the original programs limitations of operation and crappy operation. (It does not even work on 32-bit windows XP, which is still a decent portion of the market. Since it is POS, that is kind-of critical, but that is also a big negative, because it forces everyone to HAVE to download the huge wallet, just to get POS reward. The faster the blocks, the faster the chain gets to enormous sizes, even when nothing is happening, except a few penny-POS rewards happening.)

The new wallet has more realistic block-times, and POW will be back online, though it would have been better if it were longer. (Once it is done with POW, it falls off all the mining-charts, since you don't actually "mine" POS, though you actually do. That is about 80% of the "advertisement-space" gone. People live off those charts and values and ad-space. Sites like "wheretomine" and "coinwarz". Also, since it can't be mined, that excludes them from many other market-cap sites, that compare to mining-value.)

However, that crap is not NEEDED for the coin to succeed. (Find a value from use.)

I will release that white-paper, which was not a joke. However, this is NOT the time for it. We already have enough on our plates.

Jarvis, if you get something up on git-hub, (not an "official release"), it will be easier to find "free help", to lower the overhead of trying to have a "one man programming team, for hire." It is not like the code is some secret that can't be shared, it HAS to be shared, to be developed after the payments for development stop. It will also be needed, in order to create hard-forks that kill forks and "stuck blocks", when those rare instances arise. (They will happen, they always do.) The coin itself does not need novelty, it only needs basic function, at first. Novelty can come from "other wallets", or from updates.

Ok, going back to take advantage of the BTC/LTC exchange-rate growth gains. Gotta figure-out the next level-up to pull my orders back out. Just like many others are doing at the moment, taking advantage of these small gains. Which is why alts are also seeing a dip and having a hard time rising.

You are right, I did nothing to keep it on bittrex. I could care less about bittrex, myself. It is better, at this low volume, to have all volume located in one place, instead of spread-out across two exchanges, making volume look like half as much as it actually is.

As for BTC being "off topic"...

This is the "Bitcoin Forum", and XHC trades against BTC. How do you think I am getting MORE BTC to buy XHC and to get ready for the release of the multipool operations, where I will be buying in bulk?

That is correct, you did not stand-up to assist with taking the coin over. You only stood-up to bitch about it not making you money. It is NOT the PROGRAMMERS job to make you money. I will not get off my high horse, I like the view up here. Why don't you come on up? Instead you persist, as a few others have, in crying about the sky falling. It took bitcoin YEARS to get where it is now, not one week, or month or year. No other coin... NO OTHER COIN... has done that, to date. Though, LTC is getting close. Which, will also be another market that XHC will be part of, in the future. (Well before it is traded for FIAT on an exchange.)

With POW stopped, that makes this a "Stock", not a "mining coin". With POS enabled, that is just a constant drain on value, as it is with all POS coins. (Zero work for coins = $0.00 value for those POS generated coins. However, that is just hidden cost, because it actually costs you to keep the wallet open, and have it mining for the POS blocks with the crappy CPU-miner code, which is where the POS blocks come from.)

I agree that some of the value has dropped, but should I remind you that "NOT ENOUGH VOLUME IS BEING TRADED", which, in essence says, that the value has NOT dropped, because no-one is willing to sell for that price, so that is not the "value". Someone needs to go to trading school and learn what value is. No-one is trading because they are worth more. No-one NEW is buying, because of the "uncertainty", or they have just purchased all they are willing to purchase at the moment, because they are too broke to buy more. If you would like me to go into full detail, I can. But, it is summer time, and I do have better things to do with the majority of my income, like everyone-else in the world at the moment. I do have other priorities besides XHC, which is an "Investment" for me. Thus the investing, and not self-sacrificing and lack of allowing it to completely drain all my income.

Like I said, stop bitching at the one developing the coin now, and go bitch at the one who fucked you over... Not the ones trying to clean-up the shit he left on your hands. Better yet, try adding value to the coin. Who invests in something, without expecting to have to promote it and work for it? Do you really think that bitching at the developer is going to add value to the coin? (Don't answer that, I already know your answer. You have made that quite clear.)

Jarvis, you are doing fine. (Not that it holds much weight coming from me. xD)

Some people here, feel a need to demand things from others, while doing nothing themselves. When the truth is, they just want the price to rise, so they can dump, like the original dev did. Because actual investors, realize the reality of the situation. They still don't grasp the reality that the high price they saw it at, was a fake pump price, not the actual value. Instead of buying more low, to lower the average value they paid, they would rather just complain about it not being as high as it was, when they bought it on the rise, then didn't dump in time. They see a hand-full of coins selling low, and freak. Not even realizing that there is barely 10% of all minted coins even listed for sale, and of that 10% listed, only about 20% are in a realistic selling-price range. (That is 2% of the total coins, in a realistic selling-price range.) They also don't seem to grasp that every coin sold, is a coin purchased by someone-else.

Just let your local dev/programmer know about using the diff-comparison tool online, between similar coins, to isolate all the actual changes. The process is simple, and makes coin-duplication easy. (Thus, the vast variety of coins floating around, without any originality.)

If needed, I can provide an old link to "how to clone a coin", which goes into some great detail on the whole step-by-step process. However, it uses LTC and some fictitious coin as an example. Instead of having him try to make heads or tails of all the pages of code, most of which can not be altered at all, and some of it actually internally dead code. (Some old things were kept for reverse compatibility reading older blocks and validating the transactions, but being a new coin, those old code sections can be removed. That, and the genesis-block creation code, which is only needed for the first creation of the coin, then it is never needed again. Though, that may not be included in some new clones, because they removed it in later versions.)

The person I have looking into the coin, may be able to assist, once it is setup and running. However, I am having to show him everything I know first. (The rest I am having to direct him to online dev-chats, where I slip-in from time to time. It is surprising how friendly they are to strangers. But they too, have limited time available to assist beyond most chat-rooms.)

P.S. Chill in the other coin rooms, with similar algs. Only takes a few minutes to find the main devs details and work-up some friendly dialogue.

P.P.S. Dragon, YOU were not the only one I was talking to. I simply commented ONCE on your post that DEMANDED that Jarvis do things, and told him how to do his job, saying it should be his top priority. It is not his job to do YOUR bidding, unless you are paying him, then it is his job, and you can tell him what to do. You just created the account a few days ago, and are making demands? You didn't even have an account here when the old dev was around! (I assume you burned-through your other account, or have multiple accounts, in an attempt to look like someone new. Still, you are not in a position to make demands.)

To Jarvis and the dev team,

I am glad to see that we will start getting daily updates of the development of this coin, I agree that the silence was a little frustrating but not to the point that some people have reacted. I would prefer to see that you and your team continue the development of this coin and not transferred to another person. I think you are on the right track to make this a great coin. I have made a donation of .150 BTC to help with the costs of operation, this is my second donation of this amount. I am currently holding a little over 3% of total coins and will buy more once a wallet gets set up again and trading starts again on Bittrex.

Keep up the great work you are doing, I know you are doing all you can with the resources you have.

I would like to apologize to Jarvis and Team

I assure you my posts were well intentioned, it just didn't come out the right way (something I need to work on)  Tongue and have since deleted the posts
But I am glad that this thread is more active again because of it and look forward to continued progress.

I appreciate everything the Dev team is doing here and much thanks to those who are donating their own BTC to help it.  Smiley
