gigabyte 280x here...I get about 2.5 mh/s and I use x13mod kernel.  Most other 280x cards should get something relatively close.

Also have some 750ti's @ 1.7 mh/s.

getting 2.55 MH/s per 280x

-g 2 -I 18 nothing else

and 1.7MH/s on 750ti, but the new optimization for 750ti are not there...
