Read the message of the day shown when joining the server, or say "hyper_help" in game text chat and it will open the help window.

Basically to redeem coins you would set a withdrawal address using the hyper_address command:
hyper_address HKVTd1FZfWu2zvawpESsp7vzqjEDjeGmk1

Then to withdrawal you use the hyper_withdraw command:
hyper_withdraw 10

Assuming you have 10 or more HYPER, 10 HYPER will be sent to HKVTd1FZfWu2zvawpESsp7vzqjEDjeGmk1

It is easier to do these commands in console so you can copy and paste.

but its still kinda like uhm luck i think cause i bad in game  

when you kill someone you get 1 and when youre killed i lost 1,

I agree, all games should be free, pay the player to play, and have no way to lose.

All kills now reward 1 HYPER, the bonuses for knife kills, headshots, and grenade kills have been removed.

Have a look at motocoin. With proof of play, you need proof.
With Motocoin, the replays of the game are saved on the blockchain, and every computer validates the play.
With bitcoin, the SHA-256 hashes are all saved on the blockchain and every computer validates the hashes.
With hyper, the is no proof of anyone playing the game. It isn't saved on the blockchain either, so no one can validate the gameplay except the central server.
