 HYPERfuture (me) was asked to rescue GP as the original dev had abandoned it, and as most of you know I am extremely passionate about both cryptocurrency and gaming. I also hate to see people invest their time and money into a cryptocurrency which the head developer then abandons. GP has been used in RPGs since the pen and paper DnD days as the in-game currency, and when the GP community asked me to rescue this coin I immediately saw the potential and agreed. Since then I have already organized a handful of GP games with a lot more happening behind the scenes, particularly in terms of online RPG's that will support full GP integration.
HYPER has become the best well known gaming currency and GP will be a sister currency (for RPGs it is perfect) and may possibly be as big as HYPER within a few months. GP can be purchased on Bittrex: https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-GP GP has a very low inflation rate to remain valuable. GoldPieces is designed for use as the in-game currency in various browser based RPG online games. GoldPieces is currently used in the web based RPG DragonKnight (http://dknight.ml) and can also be won playing CSGO (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive). The team will be launching several more games that utilize GP as the in-game currency in the coming days, months and weeks. Since launch there have been several game developers that have come forth seeking information on integrating GP into their games as well.

If the only difference between "RPG Dragon Knight" and "RPG Dragon Knight 2.0" is "2.0" then there is no meaningful difference. They may not be the same game but they clearly share the same name.
