@primer. you hate this coin and have a shinycoin node... mmmh?

Primer is doing his absolute motherfuckin best to try to get everyone else to stop mining.  He has said the Dev is incompetent, shit coin, shit idea, he said I'm out at least 10x, has said all sorts of shit about it but he's the one who posts the most on the thread even more than sunny (Dev)
He knows something most of us don't it's pretty obvious

Test pool is up : http://106.3.225.46/
./shinyminer -o stratum+tcp://106.3.225.46:6666 -O ADDRESS:x -t 1
If i mine in this pool, is there a requirement for 15 g ram?

Yes, minimum requirement for this coin is 15 GB.

My PC is ~4 years old and has 32 GB RAM... RAM is really not that expensive.

Did anyone yet post either standalone miner source or pool client source?

Syncing seems to go very slowly, around 30 sec per block, will take hours to download the only 666 block of this young coin. Is there a blockchain that somebody can post?
I have 8 connections, so that isn't the issue methinks.
Otherwise, nice to see a new way of implementing SCRYPT.

With 16GB this doesn't work on W64, even in safe mode in command prompt without explorer in the background. It needs 100-200 MB more to run.

Anybody have a tip how to run it? Of course USB distro could work I suppose...

Is it not a lot easier to get a regular computer with 16 gb ram than a sha256 mining rig? That's why people are interested in this coin is it not?

block age?

The block age is self reported by the node with the winning block, so right or wrong it stamps its own computer's time.
