One new pool is not going to ressurect this coin from the dead. Email BTER/Poloniex support, ask them to add SHC.

Do we have a list of which bounties are held? It should be in OP.
I am adding 500 SHC to the website bounty, if one can make it look professional and attractive.

There are only 9 active members on this thread, dev, his 3 alter egos, sandor, 7000y, bitspender, chinese pool hacker and I..

Is Shiny DEAD !? How many lurkers are reading this ? Lurkers show some support!!

I've been mining some great coins, got a whopping 31BTC profit the last 20 hours with a 1.6BTC investement Grin Grin Grin

You should also checkout N5coin who got listed on BTX and MP within 24hours after ninja launch, and especially IcebergCoin, i guarantee big profit with that one

Dump this kind of shitcoins, they always turn out the same.

That is pretty normal, the pool is sending out new work to the miner every 55s.

If it sucks so bad how come I get a 28% higher hashrate (@ pool) than mining from the wallet? No facts, just FUD.

Any one can build  win 32 bit  wallet HuhHuhHuhHuh?

It will be helpful for more users~~~

Thanks.
I'll work on it. I set up my machine to compile 64 bit and it's proven annoying to make both work at once, so I'm just gonna make a VM to compile the 32 bit version. I didn't realize people still used 32 bit computers!

a lot of people still use 32 bit
Just compiled the win32-bit wallet, fresh off the presses, tested on a fresh VM and it works!

https://www.dropbox.com/s/jck5ktj49jcis7n/ShinyCoin-Qt-Win32-v0.3.0-4ed46a8c.zip

You can't mine with it, though - even if you have 15 GB of RAM free, it crashes, I tested it. But people with 32-bit windows probably won't have enough RAM anyway.

Your FUD and unnecessary questioning against me is what started this whole fiasco in the first place, don't start pushing it to me now. If you had just shut the fuck up along the way, no harm would be done.

Stop blaming me for your own stupidities you piece of garbage! We had to go through all this, before your fucking stupidity would let you provide an explanation of what you have done. You expected to release code, a piece of which looked weird, and noone ask anything about it? Are you that dumb? "unnecessary questioning" he says... You are so funny! Open source is not for you, dude! Do something else!

This is proof that you are absolutely clueless about what I have implemented. Share trusting is already used by cryptonote pools, I have just ported it to NOMP.
Again, you're making yourself look like a complete idiot to anyone who knows what I'm talking about.

And don't forget, what are your contributions to this coin? Nihil. So show some respect and don't be the little bitch you are.

You haven't ported it to NOMP! Where is your pull request? Where are your changes released? You just re-used code you found on the internet in your custom and closed NOMP code! That's a fucking different thing and definitely not a contribution to NOMP! Say that you ported it once you release the code!
Porting has nothing to do with pull requests or open source, you imbecile (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porting). And I am very loosely using the term.
Again, you are sidetracking and avoiding my arguments, and while doing that also managing to fail miserably.

And stop talking about your contributions! You have been very well paid for everything you have done here. I've paid you my share and everyone else who has used your miner and the pool.
I am talking about YOUR (not mine) contributions! Reading comprehension 101.

There's a bug syncing a wallet that can't mine. Sometimes it gets stuck for minutes. I had to restart it a few times to get it to sync all the way. Also after syncing sometimes it says the checkpoint is too old. If I restart it then the message goes away.

Also, from what I see, the future of pools is being decentralized.
Very centralized on bitcoin and with all this merged mining ghash will basically control and have the ability to destroy a good number of the high cap coins.
