I hope everyone is disregarding the SPECULATION people are posting here about the announcement.
It's getting so bad it's like those trying to hype the coin are just making up words "Decentralized Mesh Network" wtf!?
That's not a thing and the GUE Devs have never said anything even close to that.
To anyone not sure what to believe DO NOT believe any speculation about today's announcement until after they actually announce it.

No, it's not instamined, no premine. I was there at the launch (first and second) and can confirm that there was no pre-mine. But I saw 50 blocks instantly get mined, and the first pools weren't finding blocks till about 100-150. But all in all that was a pretty fair launch, there are always solo miners and big farms that will get the first 100 blocks before pools set up. That is why I think the first 100 blocks should always be like 1 block reward. |

It had no problems handling the high amount of hash rate and the website pages all responded in a second or less. Payouts were fast and accurate. That is why I think the first 100 blocks should always be like 1 block reward. They launched an hour ahead of the time zone listed on accident. They did not benefit from this as they flat out said "ok here we go" and a bunch of people started mining before realizing the mistake and halting to wait and make it fair. |
