I was watching two birds forage for food. One was a sparrow and the other was a cardinal. They both worked the same batch of ground within about a five foot diameter. Then I saw something totally amazing. The sparrow found a worm, and while it was in its mouth, somehow it summoned the cardinal. The cardinal trotted to the sparrow whereupon the sparrow give the cardinal the worm. About two minutes later, the sparrow did it again. The cardinal was definitely male, but I'm not sure was sex the sparrow was, though it was dull in color, like most sparrows regardless of sex.

Has anybody witness anything similar before?

It's because the courts in USA might legalize gay marriage. Morality is degrading in all species now, cause god just doesn't give a crap any more  Grin

Your dad shared with Cardinals worms he dug up? Was he catholic, or a baseball fan? And why worms? Or is "worms" code for "coke and hookers"?

I can find out more, just by using my Holmesian observation abilities:

"My dad seemed to do this a lot."
He seemed to? You're implying:
1. He was a spy? That he kept everything from you and nothing was what it seemed? That you left home in a fit of feeling betrayed as soon as you found out he was a spy, breaking your fathers heart and setting the scene for a heartwarming reconciliation decades later?
2. He was hard to see? Perhaps your father was one of the original "Philadelphia Experiment" sailors.
3. You're buddhist, and nothing we can see is true, it is only a seeming.

I think, on balance of probability, it's most likely to be point 3, and you are actually Deepak Chopra.

How did I do?

I just witnessed the same this morning, but this time it was a starling feeding a male cardinal. Again, no idea what the sex of the starling was, nor did I see a worm this time, but it was something picked from the ground. Also, the cardinal was much further away and had to almost fly to the starling upon hearing it call.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but the male cardinal has a very bright red breast.

Weird!

Full Disclosure: I'm not trolling, but the birds may be trolling me.

I'm located ~50 miles due west of Chicago, but Sandwichians are in the middle of a tense mayoral contest.

At least the robins arrived fat. I wonder if they taste like dove.

Details! DETAILS! Did you lose all your money to an online wallet hack? Did you lose it by betting against an ASIC manufacturer? Did you bet on the price crashing when it didn't?

I've found animation is a fantastic way to draw when you put effort in and I find it more rewarding than drawing manga, bollocks! >_> I also found that it's a brilliant way to keep you more occupied in your work because the pictures are moving ( I don't know why but I find stills boring now no matter how detailed they are ) and it's great for getting proportions correct because it will be immediately obvious if something is wrong.

It's a hell of a way to draw, tho.  Try producing a minute's worth of animation at 15 FPS and you'll be in tears.

FOR THE EMPEROR!!! I SHALL KNOW NO FEAR!!!

Plus I have this software called Pencil which I recommended ages ago which just speeds the keyframing up massively and eliminates most of the staff at a studio that you'd normally need to make an animation.
