I learned (after reading all the way through it) that this thread is far more informative than I expected.

I also learned that copper is now being sold in bars and rounds as bullion for monetary purposes.  I haven't yet figured out whether this seems sensible.

Early Ford V10 Triton engines are prone to blow spark plugs stripping the head. Luckily I had 9 other cylinders to get me home from being 120 miles away. One solution I read on some forum was to JB weld a value into the cylinder, using it as an air compressor.

Looks like me gettin' a new twuck. To bad all me bitcoins is a tied up in InstaWallet, but at least they is a safe.

Wait wait wait...  There are kits especially for that.  Both use an oversize tap which doesn't require you to drill out the stripped threads, fits on the end of a 3/8 extension & pretty much uses the remnants of the old threads to start, so it's hard to d8ck up.  One kind uses locktite & what i think is called a helicoil insert (it is what it sounds like -- a spring-like doohickey with a special tool to thread it in).  The other uses locktite & a threaded sleeve with a shoulder.

 TL;DR I herd U laik threads, so i put threads in UR threads.

Not just today but over the past weeks I've been learning C++/SDL and I learned that even tutorials have blatant bugs or will be badly laid out so I actually have to read through the errors myself or ask someone for help fixing them, remember that if you ever decide to learn coding, if the compiler doesn't work it may not be your fault but the tutorial not being checked over properly before it's released or the code would only work with an older version of your compiler.

When it comes to learning coding you spend less time learning the code and more time downloading the correct extensions to make it work, then you find that you have to learn bits of code for those extensions, depending on what you're doing you don't seem to use the standard programming language because it isn't always flexible enough to do what you want the coding itself is actually pretty easy once you learn the commands

I've learnt that even if you start a brand new Facebook account, from the ads on the right hand side of my new account, I see that they know I graduated in 1978 and even suggest my sister as a friend as well as an uncle I haven't spoken to in a couple decades. The history of your IP address, the cookie files, flash "super-cookies", cookie-less profiling of your machine (e.g. by user agent, list of browser add-ons, version of flash, version of java, system fonts, screen resolution,...) - the list of possible ways any website can track a user is very long and depressing.

Why not? It worked so well last time.

He knows his new girlfriend's ex-boyfriend. Somewhere down the line he may be in the market to find a new girlfriend. What better place to start then stalking some guy having the same tastes as his, seeing who he dates.

As an added bonus, the first date won't be as awkward, for he'll know what subjects to stay away from, unless he opts for the what-they-have-in-common route, one of which would be "that" guy.

LOL Phinnaeus Gage stalking an ex-boyfriend is a poor idea But on the ex-front I've found that when it comes to girls if you look at their past boyfriends or how many of them are and what timeframe they usually dump them in, then you can usually avoid some pretty nasty encounters. So if a girl has had numerous relationships in the past few months, chances are there's going to be a reason for that, granted, sometimes it can be just shitty luck but other times it could be because she's an absolute psycho, even more so if she hasn't even had sex with any of them.

I kept crossing paths with this one guy that way. Never met him in person, but heard stories from my girls. Fine. So this one chick once started talking about an interesting guy she met, and after a few sentences I just knew it was him. I told her "right, and his name was {his name}" - and she just blinked and stared at me in shock.  I then took advantage of the presumed psychic powers I had, and helped her relax and reach her first orgasm.
