I'm waiting for the price to hold for a decent amount of time and then I'll get another 25k or so. I'm buying steadily for the next two months. I'm thinking this coin will absolutely explode by then. Are the XC guys still invested? I've been off the forum for a week or so.

I think a small portion of the XC Community is invested in this coin....im one of them.

Wow at these prices I wish I had more BTC to buy Aero... hardly anyone knows about this coin so far.
Just look at the activity in this thread (or more accurately lack of activity).
These are great things so far. as the coin starting out.

At some point though this needs to start to change. A coin needs a community, ideally a strong and active community to rise above all the noise and survive. I'm not sure what I can do to help to that end, but I'm certainly willing to invest some time to go with my money!

Yes and we need to talk more. Take a look of good coin XC or Cloak, how many pages of post do they have?
But here is only 96 pages. If I am new I will think this coin is dead or cold.
Good marketing and PR are important.

The dev got a guy to promote aero, not sure what he's working on. Also the coin has 9 reddit followers. It'd be nice to see more people join the subreddit.

Ultimately the success of  an altcoin relies on the success of bitcoin and their own devs. I think as we see bitcoin take off more investors will come to successfully developed coins. I can't promote aero enough for how good it's devs are at delivering promises. I think that's the most important thing to realize. This coin is doing everything right. As it continues it will gain popularity.

whats a good way to promote a coin? i would say that blackcoin did a great job, but their price has fallen apart like many others....thats why I say stick to a coin with great devs, who make proper and timely releases of features.

People need to tweet.  Use your hashtags.  Make facebook post.  Put some activity on the community forums so new investors don't see a dead community.  There is a topic for Aero feature request on the community forums.  Lets get some more suggestions there.

Lets start community bounties to add to the dev bounties for things like an Android wallet, IOS wallet, etc
