Sadly at the time there isnt any more exchanges that would help the coin gain volume, it is only mintpal. And since you cant pay, and we need like 20k votes that is impossible in under 1 week before they close it.
Aero is on Poloniex, but there is close to zero volume there.

I would anyways say it is nothing to worry about at the moment, bittrex is the leader.
