For example you get a payment of 200 satoshi that equals 0.00000200 and for microwallet you need a min of 5500 roughly for minimum.  And roughly one dollar is 0.0015.

Usually transactions less than 5430Satoshis. Network discourages it by requiring a small fee. They can spam the network's resources and slows down the confirmations of transactions if it is confirmed without requiring a fee.

I don't think there is a precise number on what dust is. It's just generally very small ammounts of coins.

You don't know that if you add dust to your wallet it actually increases the amount of fees you have to pay?  If some of the dust is going in the actual payment amount then it gets added into the trans info and ends up making it larger in size, so you end up paying larger fees.  It's best to avoid adding dust to any wallet with a sizable amount.

They can be useful for stuff like that, but they can also not be worth sending if it's a tiny amount, hence why they're called dust.

That explains why when I sent 5 cents from one wallet to another it cost me 15 cents in fees. All the coins I have are from free bitcoin sites. 
In the future when each coin had been spent many times will this increase fees?

That's another reason why faucets are a waste of time and why they have such high minimum balances before you can withdraw.

Nope, your fees are calculated by the size of your transaction, having more inputs or outputs will require you to add extra fees. It doesn't matter how much time it was spend, if it is calculated using that, fees would be 1BTC now. In your case, you had a lot of inputs which requires you to add some fees. Even without so many outputs, your 5cent transaction will still require a fee since it is a dust transaction.

If I mix bitcoins I have bought from say local bitcoins with my dust coins from these free sites is this a good idea or would I  have trouble spending them worth extra fees? Sorry I'm a nube at this   any link 2 this program would be good.

Time would better be spent creating a service or sell goods for BTC.  Why chase 0.0005BTC when you can provide a skll/service/good for 0.05BTC with the same amount of time?
