b) Your BTT account is younger than 3 month and has less than 40 quality posts

Does it have to be a certain length?

Just avoid posts with extremely little content. For example a post containing only "Ok" might not be considered a quality post. There's no strict guideline; it's more of a "common-sense" rule.

It's basically just an extra couple of steps in the reg form. Won't take much time. You'll see what it is exactly soon.
