For those that want to purchase 5, 15 or 40 shares, we have three IPO options. The first one is 5 shares for 5 mBTC, the second is 15 shares for 10 mBTC and 40 shares for 20mBTC. We are capping share purchases to one purchase per account with a max investment of 20 mBTC. Feel free to pay more, however it will be considered a donation to the project! unfortunately human distribution is a very bad distribution model. unless im missing something here i dont see anything unique about this model. it's been tried before and just results in instant dumping on exchanges.

Wow! So many excellent questions! Let me see if I can cover as many as possible before I return at 5 pm est to process your inquiries.

-wallet is released on the launch date. IPO coins will be distributed first, with the free coins to follow. I am off for the three days following the IPO and will have ample time to perform the distribution.

-total shares issued are divided by 5 million coins and issued accordingly. The number of shares increases by the number of participants and IPO purchases.

-the IPO model has a tight ceiling. I am looking for funding (and am being transparent) while limiting large purchases to keep the coin fairly distributed.  I am also going to provide myself a 40 share stake in the coin.

-this is totally free folks, purchasing shares is not a condition to participate! If you have a small amount of risk tolerance You can purchase up to a 40x increase in the number of coins you will be issued vs the free model.

-Share issuance will close on Sunday night. Paid coins are delivered first (in order of purchase size) and exchanges will be told not to open markets until the paid distribution is complete.

There are lack of informarion here. There is no wallet, no knowledge how many coins per share. The previous topic was closed and this one has many warning signs of a scam. Moreover, this offers nothing, nothing new.
